We conducted an interview last week.... and have another lined up to do this week.... both of which we believe will help take the discussion on further. Equally, we have guests invited to appear who we believe have unique perspectives from which share their views/opinions. Then of course, the passage of time always allows for new events to occur from which to discuss. The invitation will always remain open for anyone to come forward who wishes to express an opinion they don't believe has been aired so far. While some circumstances may remain constant, we still think there is plenty to talk about or investigate. Ultimately, the conversation can also move from 'saying' to 'doing' at any stage....? League one forever 1,194
Good listen Matt. I don’t think a Sporting director in itself is a problem. The issue is who we have in post. I actually quite like the idea of someone constant at the club who is looking at the academy/pathways to first team/recruitment. Instead of someone who masquerades as SD when in fact he is a de-facto manager. Edited February 8 by League one forever

Every time a podcast like this is broadcast, it undermines the notion that fans are happy with/don't care about the way ALMO are running the club.
