PFA is a joke, ‘run’ by an even bigger joke. So we revert back to Salary Cost Management Protocols (SCMP) which link player wage related expenditure to turnover. This means League 2 clubs can spend up to 55% of turnover on player wages. As I understand it, there is no restriction on what a club can spend on transfer fees...
