Agreed - I had 3 to renew but modern technology isn't for me.

Thanks to Gina in the ticket office for sorting my renewals - a good start to the 2021/2022 season so far for me!!

Proper customer service.

Apart from the obvious financial incentive being offered, I can't see any attraction in buying a season ticket, the manager/coach is going to be a new appointment, it would be wise to assume the North stand is going to remain closed and the players will be a totally new bunch of loanees and cheap acquisitions. God its depressing.

When I  go to the eticketing link it asks me to reset with a new password.

I'm reluctant to do this on case I lose my ifollow free home games link.

Why do they make it so difficult?  No wonder fans dont bother.

Ifollow aren't too hot on passwords. Half way through last season when I logged on I couldn't see the game. The friendly reception I got from the online help was firstly to accuse me of illegal streaming. Then after a long series of questions (I was missing the game) they decided that I'd have to change my password, so I did and managed to watch the second half. For the next game the new password wouldn't work so I tried the old one which has worked fine right up to now.

Not sure it’s “open” at all at the moment but the phone gets answered (eventually)

Ah ok, I did try last week but it just rang out. I'll just keep trying.

400 Sold. Damning indictment of where we are at the moment.

They must have some strong belief in Paul Butler when it's his turn in June.

I'd say that was high considering it doesnt happen for a quarter of a year, theres a summer yet and uncertainty over a pandemic which might have made people who purchased one for this season feel a bit silly. Its about 400 times higher than anybody should actually expect IMO.

I was fully prepared to wait until May until my preferred seat went

others may well be of the same mindset only not as fussy about their seat

even less urgent for renewals

I was going to get one, but not getting one if that’s the football Curle plays. Im not paying to watch that.

You will be right - we will have 3 more managers before the start of the new season and a new Director of Football.

Mo will leave in a sideways move to Rochdale and Barry Owen will step up to take the flat cap!!
