BPAS
We're discussed briefly in here too, this week; where they say they'll be talking to PTB this week and they have requested to speak to our owners.

Pidge
It was mentioned in the podcast that Shahed had been very open to OASF finance questions. Was there any evidence that Abdallah is still putting finance into the club, or is it self sufficient at its present very low budget?

Effectively describing the owners as "incompetent and spiteful". There may not be the asset stripping Simon Jordan is looking for, but those two words sum it up really well for me and is a great way of highlighting what a dangerous situation we're in. unsworth blue
Listened to the Podcast and am quite interested in how the Foundation Board think the club is operating after their interface with the club to date. From the outside looking in, I feel that the club appear to be lurching from crisis to crisis both on- and off-the field, and I would welcome a position statement from the Foundation at the earliest opportunity. My mind goes back to the data I have seen somewhere that had listed 48 instances of potential OAFC poor practice yet only 10 had been noted on the Foundaion's board minutes (* numbers may be inaccurate). In conclusion, my thoughts were that the Foundation were previously reporting of the club did not genuinely reflect the position at the club and anyone looking at them would think that OAFC was relatively stable when in reality we are seen by FSA as a club at risk (1 of 12) and we need to see what is happening to improve that as a fanbase. Cheers fellas, doing a great job starting to hold the club's leaders to account

Dave_Og
Reading the results of JD Sports this morning which is now phenomenally successful in the States - which is a very unusual scenario for a UK based retailer; many have crashed and burned over there including the likes of Tesco and M&S. JD is now valued at £12bn and has £995m of cash floating around on its balance sheet. I think I'd be firing off a letter to their CEO, Peter Cowgill, wondering if he was aware of our part in the early development of their business and wondering if they might see a project to re-energise the club as being both an opportunity to put something back as well as a quite unique opportunity to take part in a project of direct relevance to their business and its roots

While you are at it send one to the Saudi's who had a £350 million bid for Newcastle United turned down last week. AL would no doubt speak to them.
