Anybody ever tried this? lve tried braising, roasting, grilling never works.

Don't wana boil them bc l spent ages making a rub for them which would just be wasted if l did them that way. I put them on low about half hour ago and was thinking maybe leave them til supper?

Part cook by boiling, leave to cool, then apply the rub and finish off in the oven.

ah yes.

l like to marinade in the rub for at least a day tho. lf the slow cooker doesnt work, l'll try that next time l get lumbered w them..

👍🏻.

Once they've cooled just stick them in the fridge overnight with the marinade/ rub, it may seem like a long process but it's worth it, as a disclaimer I was rejected for masterchef but hope to appear on television in a gardening programme. Hope this helps.
