Any statto's know the last time that happened? (if ever!)

Think we've done 3 quite a few times but can't think of 4.

League Cup, FA Cup, League & FLT is the obvious one but don't think we've ever got far enough in the League Cup to make it happen bar 2002 when we lost early in the FLT.

It reminds me that in 2001/02 Darren Shez got sent off in the League Cup at Blackburn; in the FA Cup at Cheltenham; in the LDV at home against Blackpool; and in the League at home against Cambridge.
