Spent an interesting couple of hours yesterday with an ex coach during the Unsworth era. Some very odd story's emerged and one or two at the club didn't come out with good reputations. Of course it was one side of the story and even if the truth lies in the middle it raised my eyebrows a few times.

Being told to lose games so the first team didn't look bad due to style Unsworth advocated that the coaches didn't.  Told to play Unsworth style that failed from 1st team to youth system alike. Youth team players being taken minutes before games to be manikins for 1st team practice to leave them short. 1st team v youths for practice against Wrexham, 20 mins in youth winning 2 nil and the game being pulled.

 

It wasn't just Unsworth pulling these stunts either.

Anyone got any details on the youth players making the team lately?

41. Josh Whitelaw - goalkeeper

44. Theo Andrew - right-back

43. Victor Dielunvuidi - centre-back?

39. Ruben Ndienguila - centre-back?

37. Joey Holden - midfielder?

42. Abu (or Abz) Muhammed - winger?

40. Dylan Teixeira - midfielder?

36. AJ Amadin - striker?

45. David Amos - no idea on position
