Hit a bit of form these recently compared to a month and a half go. Coincidently or not when Reid joined. Think missing him will be a big loss for them.

Our own patch, on a good surface though, we should and need to be winning these games. 2-0 will suit.

As always, first goal will be important. Think it'll be tougher than Tamworth & Boston but we'll get the job done come 5pm.

Of the pre-Christmas games, Saturday will be the tougher of the two imo.

Not too surprising that Reid has gone there and done well, his ability in a front two isn't in doubt but his attitude for a promotion-chasing team is the issue.  Hopefully having him missing on Saturday will be a big blow to them.

I'll take a narrow win on Saturday if it takes the players who have been off for two weeks time to get going again, but I have no doubt that our strongest XI has it in them to get the 3rd 4-0 league win on the bounce.

Watched the game against Alty , these are going to be a sterner test than the last two home games . If we get off to the all important quick start for us then we could score a few . The goalie looks suspect and he is the seventh one to be tried this season, We  will have to watch out for Cesay, Ashford, Georgiou, Boldwijn, keep these quiet and we sould have another 3 points and hopefully a few goals.

I like the look of that.

If this isn't the best starting 11 in the national league I'll eat my hat!

This all day long, with Moloney, Charsley, Fondop, Garner, Gardner, Kay and Jes on the bench.

No defensive players at all on the bench?  Can go 442 I suppose if one had to go off

If it was me, I’d have Sutton on the bench instead of Charsley or Kay, but MM has omitted Will from the match day squad the last few times.

Jes picked up an injury on Tuesday - not sure how bad

Isn’t the young lad Muhammad a winger, an option out wide off the bench as well as Kay. And with Charsley returning, MM might use Kay out wide and bring Charsley on for Lundstram after 60-70 minutes.

That is definitely our strongest starting 11, not sure Hobson is a starter the way Ogle is playing, also Caprice who proved me wrong after a shaky start.

When fully fit, Ogle over Hobson every day of the week for me, even if it isn’t his natural position. What he brings bringing the ball out and with his throw in far outweighs any advantages Hobson may have over him in terms of defending, which i’d still say is pretty close by the way. Ogle one of the first names on the team sheet for me, quality signing. I do like Hobson also so not knocking him, but he’ll be on the bench when we have a fully fit team in my opinion. Still reckon he’ll get plenty of game time though and may start some of the bigger away days for example where we will set up a little more defensive minded.

You should do it's the starting 11 that delivered back to back 4-0 wins at home in the league.

Another routine home win, it might not be 4-0. I will take a win of any description but I'm going into games expecting to win and win well it's a nice feeling.

I agree with the majority of this and I know you're not knocking Hobson but I do think Hobson is the better defender particularly one on one, he's kept plenty of the best forwards in this division quiet including the likes of Kabamba who he had in his pocket, it's a great problem to have down the right hand side though and I think the opposition will sometimes dictate how we set up at the back down that side.

I really like Hobson against strong powerful forwards there’s not many better in the league however, he really struggles with the ball at his feet.

its hard to drop Caprice he’s been excellent and an unsung hero this season. Good problems to have

I'm a big Ogle fan, how was he playing a division below us last year? Mind you we have seen enough leave here and play better higher up. The big plus for me is Caprice, looks like a natural wing back.

We did try to sign him under Unsworth
