Matt
If there's one thing we could be accused of - and we have - is that we can fall into the trap of only singing two or three songs in unison. What I'd like to do is "collect" all those songs and chants right here, maybe even make some new ones up... Please no singing though...

Blue-Mist
This one's always bothered me, does anyone know the full version of The Fusiliers? if the Fusiliers one is the same that the Chaddy sang in the 70's then if I remember correctly it went something like this (I remember boozing before the matches in the Footballers Arms on Huddersfield rd - about 30 or so used to meet there in the small pool room and get totally leathered on OB bitter then pile on a bus about quarter to 3 to get there just after ko - 1 lad from Sholver had recently joined the army (his name slips my memory for the minute - slim lad with straight blondhair Nicky??), and he introduced the song from the army on the 404 bus and it was then sung in the Chaddy for a few years : Eyes right, arses tight, rubbish to the front We're the boys who make no noise and we're only after c**t we're the hero's of the night and we'd rather f**k than fight we're the hero's of the Chaddy End Fusiliers Fusiliers, fusiliers we are the fusiliers !! or words to that effect !!! nostalgia !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rocky_Latic
I heard a 70's song from the Chaddy on the train home from Forest last season. The name of the song slips my mind now. I think it either had the name, Harlem or Henrietta in the title. It was Forest last year, and after the state I was in. I'm suprised I can even remember hearing a song that day

Rocky_Latic
would be excellant at away games ... there something for me to think about on the way up tomorrow!!! should try and get this going at swansea It's those type of places you need to try and start these chants off. Huddersfield away, et all would never catch on. The smaller followings, tend to be the games new chants emerge from. Especially when there's biggish train, and car followings were people have been drinking since about 10am (or before!)
Markoasis
Tradition for us to crack open a beer straight away on the train.
