We're horrific.
-
This fool put £20 on these losers today.
Something is rotten at the club because that today is totally unforgivable, unacceptable and sorry to say, pathetic against a poor team already relegated.
I don't know what the answer is anymore,we've had more managers than soft mick and nothing seems to work for us.

How the hell does McGahay get a start every game.
What does he bring to the team ?
Good question.
If he is the answer we are screwed.
-
Feel really deflated this morning.
I honestly thought there'd have been a much stronger response yesterday.
I'm still hoping the manager can turn it around but he isn't getting the best out of an admittedly limited squad.
-
It's just not good enough,again.
We are in serious danger of missing out on the play offs and that's not good enough either.
Bitterly disappointed this evening.
-
There will be a response tomorrow.
If there isn't then we should all be concerned.

You weren’t expecting it but you are not surprised surely. We know what this team is capable of
Nothing surprises me when it comes to football.
I've felt for a while we aren't quite strong enough to make it this season but I genuinely didn't expect the wheels to fall off so rapidly.
-
Well I wasn't expecting this today.
MM needs to get a grip of this squad,if I performed like most of this team I'd be out of a job.
Getting a bit worried we seem to be going backwards ,there are far too many sub standard players on this team.
-
That wasn't good yesterday and I always try to think positively - and that's not easy right now.
Let's try and get into those play offs and anything can then happen.
-
Well we showed yesterday we can compete with the stand out team in the league.
Norwood is key for us,there is no doubt about it.

Can we please talk about Harisson McGahey falling over his own feet / tripping over some mud in absolute slow motion as the ball almost crossed the line.
Reminded me of my Dad playing football for the Dad team when I was in school. Fucking shocking and sums him up. About as far away from an athlete as you could possibly imagine.
He has no business in our starting 11..

I’ve resigned myself to these mind numbingly boring tactics at home as a means to an end. Basically, if it somehow results in a promotion out of this division in May it will all have been worth it.
However, I will not accept these sort of tactics if they continue into next season, whatever division we are in!
Agreed.
Only my opinion but my money would be on us staying where we are,the team isn't strong enough just yet.
Next season we should all be hoping for top spot, with a few signings I think we will go for it..
-
It seems people are becoming impatient..
Relax guys , the club has been taken ( from a combo of poor management and poor recruitment, to the brink of extinction.
Things take time , we'll get there..

The laws of averages suggest a narrow victory.
Right now I think the team needs strengthening before promotion is achievable.
If we don't go up this year I think next season we will...( providing the team is stronger).
-
1-0 home win.

The people I feel sorry for are us the fans and Frank.
The recruitment side has been nothing short if horrific.
Who decided Unsworth would be a good idea ?
Who signed this plethora of deadwood we have in our squad ?
The fact is people cannot expect this to be turned around quickly, and it will take MM time to root out the garbage.( There is lots of that).
-
Yesterday was poor but let's not write off MM or the season for that matter.
The manager will sort it but its going to take a bit of time.

His post home match interviews are sounding the same every time….Hes inherited an absolute sh1t show he cannot be held responsible, they're not even his players..( using the word players very loosely).

The other issue is crowds.
They will drop and that should focus minds when it comes to investment in the squad ..

He also inherited an absolute stinking pile of shite of a squad from the previous Brains Trust
I'd only be sad to see about 2 or 3 of these players leave.

I feel sorry for Frank.
Let down badly by people who should know better.
No promotion is catastrophic ,loss of funding for the academy is incoming if there is no promotion ( and there won't be).
I'd stick with Mellon and trust him with recruitment ,and the team needs dramatically strengthening.

So 1st half I thought we played the game plan really well and, despite Gateshead looking tidy on the ball, we looked pretty comfortable.
Then we go and put in a performance like that in the 2nd half. With the amount of experienced and physical players that we have in the squad there is no way that we should be throwing that game away in the manner that we did.
I really believe that there are a lot of players that we have in this squad that can offer something to us and be part of the next 18 months where hopefully we'll be pushing for the playoffs or promotion regardless of which league we're in (not National League North before anyone mentions it), but because every player seems to be maddeningly inconsistent from half-to-half, none of them are safe from being culled in my eyes.
Finally Gateshead deserve a lot of credit because it's one thing having the players who can play their style at this level, but it's another for them to have the confidence in their ability to play that way when going a goal down. Then to keep it going and looking far more likely to score a 3rd than for us to equalise is not something many teams with their budget can do. We were rubbish in the 2nd half, but they were very good.
I don't agree the tram looked comfortable in either half.
We scored against the run of play.

The owner needs to put his hand in his pocket again, really really poor signings by the previous manager have left the club little hope of promotion.
I'd imagine this season ending up a holding season before an exodus of the garbage Mellon has inherited..

I'm afraid the club is rotten.
Only positives are Frank and the long suffering fans.
