  1. Aye. Until or unless the reason for his departure is confirmed, I wouldn't assume he left because he wasn't offered a contract. Hazell wasn't good enough for his last club by that reasoning.

Good point but luck at Reubens second half of the season once he got his new contract so maybe Chesterfield had a point lol.

Either way and whatever the reason I wouldn't bring him back.

  2. Nah, Will as a squad player I'd welcome. I actually would rather see him back than Gregan, but we've already established my worryingly inept scouting credentials.

(Christ it's hot in this pub garden.)

It would be a awful decision too see a player return to us who is clearly not worth a contract with St Mirren.

  3. He's not going to admit his faults is he. He will want a job somewhere else.

It's convenient to remind all and sundry " What a good job he's done with the 4th smallest budget etc etc etc................"

For me all his limitations this season were in evidence last season. We'll see on Saturday just how good the players are.

  4. His form dipped, as did Pogs' coz Gregan came in, kept ballsing up and then proceeded to blame everyone right down to the tea lady for it! Haining will never come back here as long as Gregan's here...can tell you that now!

As for wanting him back, I'd love him back if his fitness is A1. Had an interesting chat about his training methods once, whereby Will had been told to change how he started off running due to his injury problems. The sudden, fast, sprint action when you set off running at full pelt was damaging to his hamstring problems and he'd been told to take off the starting pace and then build up to top speed. Hence, he often looked like he'd lost pace when he played. The idea was that over time, by doing this, he could improve it so eventually it'd be 100% and he could start off at top speed. Something like that...I'm no physio. Anyway, it seems it's worked as he's had a fairly decent record where he's been injury free. And I'd welcome him back in that case.

Somebody say Haining wasn't prone to an injury??

Too slow, thanks bu no thanks.

  5. I saw it think he was blaming Hazells silly error for the goal we conceded....to be fair gregan was the only one due any credit today...Hazell did soct us the goal but we wouldnt have scored if we were still playing in 3 hours....and i have said that too many times this season that has been our problem...

ROAM & Ohh Johnny Eyre were the brunt of his abuse.

  6. This is not knee-jerk.....We will not get out of this division while Sheridan is in charge!!!!

His man management and motivation is absolutely zero and I can't defend him any longer!!

    Budtz.....Why?

    Hines.....Why?

    Whittaker....Why?

What has Maher, Fleming and Eardley done wrong?

Shez thinks he's Alex Ferguson....If we won 6 games on the bounce he'd still change his team!

Yes we should have scored from the penalty, and yes Windass should have done better when hitting the bar but from the moment Bristol scored the game was over.

All night long the movement from Hughes and Windass was non-existant and when we we're chasing the game what happens...We take a forward off for a forward and then take a forward off for a flamin geriatric!!!!

I've had enough of Sheridans unbelievable decisions and it's time for a change!

Don't anybody come on here and defend what happened tonight.....If we weren't playing Leeds next home game we would be lucky to get 3000.

A lot of contracts are up at the end of the season there will probably be a major clearout and once again I think we'll be starting from scratch!!!!

    Progress so far under Sheridan.....NIL!!!

Couldnt of put it better myself!
