Must have someone lined up with their own staff this week otherwise normally they would leave the assistant in charge until they find someone

to what end??
"ooh, that's good money for an unproven kid"
or
"is that all?? scandalous, don't know what they're doing, shafted again etc..."
if it's the latter, what are they going to do about it?? nothing
i'm sure there was an amount at which the club decided it made sense to accept offer for him and I'm sure they'll have got that amount.
whether it seems "enough" to us plebs doesn't really matter - we're not running or financing the club. thank god.
Looking for transparency which was one of the aims of the trust, not if it was enough or not

If as Trust members have a stake in the club and a member on the board do they (trust members) not have a right to know how much the transfer is?

Travelodge is already booked, 4 ov us are going down. for the first time in a while looking forward to a game

I agree with the point of view that we are not scoring many goals with him in the side so change it and give someone else a chance but what gets me is not to take him down at all. I know i would prefer him ready to come on on Saturday if there is 15 minutes to go and we desperatley need a goal than any of our other strikers. Its not the dropping him part, its not having him on the bench that reeks to me of giving up.

Not read all the posts on here so I don't know the general opinion on here so I might just have the wrong end of the stick but does this mean we have given up on making the play offs???
If so thats it for me this season, no more games. All year myself and many i know like me have scrimped and saved to make sure we can make it to Boundary Park, this isn't a sob story but its fact that i haven't been paid in over 3 months, im due in court for non payments of loans and credit cards and my house is in serious danger but the one thing i have kept paying for is football! Admittedly i have had to miss the majority of away games but i have still managed to raise enough money to go and support the lads on a Saturday afternoon down at BP. Now i ask myself why, why bother if we have given up already. I'm not doing it anymore, im not paying and going without something else if the club has given up on playoffs. Yes Lee Hughes will probabley be gone next season but if he can score us the goals to get us up via the play offs then why leave him out now? Makes no sense at all to me but i won't be at BP again this season, why bother!
Rant over

Well its definatley not Footasylum, my missus asked John for me but hes got interests in a few firms now so it might be one of the others
-
John Wardle and Dave Makin now own Footasylum so it might be them, My missus works there though and she hasn't heard anything but it still could be
-
John and David Makin sold up in JD Sports a few years back now. They both own a firm called Footasylum now and are doing quite well, both of them always had a soft spot for Latics

Knowing Latics what odds would you get on not being able to agree terms and having nobody in charge
