I don't know that much about the rugby this year but they seem to have started well. Is there anyone on here who follows them and knows if they are a decent bet to go up?

Obviously, we've had a few issues with County this season but I wouldn't wish this on any set of fans.

i had this thought at first, but too many teams will be fighting for something, be it at the top or bottom of the league, to do that.

 

in reality, this has nothing to do with luton, it has everything to do with the future of football. if three or four teams a year are doing a luton, and they all get the same punishment the entertainment in football will simply drip away. how is a 30 point deduction keeping a level playing field?

League 2 will be an absolute joke this year.

I can see them starting with only 23 teams as I'm not convinced that Rotherham will start the season.

Bournemouth will also almost certainly start with minus 15.

I would just like to say, here and now, that the Barcalona-supporting bloke who lives in Royton, has a beard and runs a website selling Punk and alternative music, is a tosser of the first order, and if he disagrees, he can come on here and say someting to me about it. He tortures kittens and doesn't help old ladies across the street or anything like that, he doesn't have a thing going for him.

He should sit wherever he likes. If other people don't want to sit near him then they are free to move. It is not as if any of the stands will be full.

I like to sing at games and I know that some people don't like to have a group of singers sat near them but it certainly doesn't mean that I'll be moving.

We are there to support the team and create an atmosphere. We are not just there to watch.

We must have never been confident about signing Ricketts to have put the clauses that we supposedly have into his contract.

I have my suspicions that he was never sure about signing for Latics in the first place.

We gave it a go, for some reason it didn't work out, and now we can move on without having got our fingers too burnt.
