I said i did move it wasnt the fact i was asked to move it was the rude and intimidating nature of it, i was also making a seperate point that these are the sorts of people who would cause trouble if they were asked to move themselves. Please read posts more carefully
you new it would be full so why sitt there you was looking for trouble then what a thick post lol

£1 x 23 games x (ah well, how many would pay £1 a game? well even at 5000) x 5000 = £115,000 per season. Might just cover the wages of one player. That's if everyone pays the £1.
Might as well just pay for your match ticket on the day instead of buying in advance every other game to pay the extra £1 and let TTA sort out the players budget - it's not like they are making a profit.
you are missing the point if the fans paied into a transfer fund we could help bring in better players which means more wins and bigger crowds. and what i mean is i think £200000 could be raised and only a few people buy tickets before a game, and if we only raised £115,000 i dont think the TTA would minde making it up to 200,000 so we could buy a good young striker
-
No problem.
I'm all for new ways to bring money into the club but I think season ticket holders do there bit. And as said before, how bad would feel if you were partly responsible for bringing the new Forbes to the club
with £200000 i think we could bring some one a bit better than forbes

It'll just go on sourcing fresh newborn babies for Alan.
lol

Hi all i have been thinking of this for a while just want to now what you all think. Remenber when coke cola did this buy a player for your club well why dont we do it our self when you pay in a the turnstile they could have a bucket with them and fans could make a donation of £1 or more. by the end of the season it wolud realy mount up, and season ticket holders could pay an extra £23 when the buy their ticket what do you think.

Youre starting to lose your argument here with this kinda stuff. So without swearing and standing will ruin your enjoyment? I hate missing a match personally.
the crowd will keep getting smaller as they throw more loyal fans out. yesterday they took the drum told us not to look at the away fans i was told by the police that i couldnt use my phone at the back of th stand and my friend was kicked out when he was sat down its bullying, the day they kick me out i wont be coming bk and if are bubble bursts they will be left with red faces when we only get 3-4000. at the end of the day most famileys wont come to Oldham cause its to expensive look how our average has droped and it will keep happening. MORE AWAY GAMES THAN HOME FOR ME FROM NOW ON

Looks like ive got a first class banning order coming my way in the weeks to come

WANKERS

Selling him is a drastic move and I would like to give him another chance... But to be honest I wouldnt miss him.. His certainly as a eye for a shot (aka 15 goals) but thats about all I like about him....
the guy is a :censored: and i have no time for him 3000 plus fans and he does that total :censored:.

Woo getting excited now ... heading into Rochdale for about 4ish!
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHwhenthebluuuues!
me too mini bus picks us up from Oldham at 4 come on Oldham heading for the litten tree.
-
I'd like the away fans to only be allowed the small section of the RRE but at the end of the day we need as much money as we can get our hands on.
Last year Leeds said to Oldham that we can have the 3000 but what we didnt sell the club had to pay for, so we should say the same to other teams like stockport and hudds why should evey1 move so they can have an extra 300 or so. what do you think?
-
Nope I :censored:ing hate the drum...no need for it.
the chant that realy upset them was im for ever blowing bubbles lol
-
Fair point, although RRE season ticket holders will have to be displaced under current plans - while the difference is that they were warned before they bought, there seem to be more of them!
there was clearly more fans in the rre so they should move the chaddy it was empty today.
-
yes, and that is why it is the loudest stand.
i was in rre and i think the 200 of us who sang did a good job i dont get some people at all mybe if others helped we would be louder. alll in all a good day
-
bye bye then go and sit with the moaners.
-
Yup im off to the rochdale.. The lure of beer is too tempting
THE BEER THE BEER THE BEER
-
Am working in town anyway on Tuesday so am going for a few drinks here and then heading over to the Dale for the game. It's easier anyway, and bearing in mind I've never been to the Dale and don't know my way around...it sounds safer than chancing it and ending up somewhere I'd probably rather stay away from...
im drinking in the litten tree befor the game. we are all meeting in upsteps in Oldham then getting the mini bus their. There is 8 others meeting us there and 8 in the mini bus, should be heading to rochdale about 3 330 no later. will see you in there.
BRING ON THE BEER
-
I have sat in the chaddy all the time i have watched Oldham but now me and all my friends are siting in the rocky. Evey 1 i talk 2 who sits in the chaddy are now siting in the rocky road end its miles better than the chaddy and it has the most importent of all BEER.

Wayne. That's absolute cod.
Even if they did turn up to the Litten Tree where me, butter, r.o.a.m and one or two others have said they'll be going. They wouldnt actually do anything for various reasons.
1) The Litten Tree, Yates and Town Hall area are CCTV'd up to buggery due to it being the main nightlife spot and where most disorder occurs at weekends.
2) Rochdale Police Station is 50 yards away from both.
3) Rochdale Youth are Laughable. Most of them have ASBO's which ban them from the town centre in groups of more than 3.
4) I worked with one of them last season. He only went two games last season - Bury away and Wembley. He's a United fan. Lives up Littleborough. Only 17. Like most of his mates. Which means alot of them cant even get served in places like the Litten Tree.
5) They're all little gypo's off Spotland, Kirkholt and Belfield.
6) Three of them in the WMG early on two years ago when they sprung out of nowhere. They found out off my cousin that I was an Oldham fan, as I kept getting score updates and informing my uncle. They didnt like the fact I supported Oldham - First thing they asked my cousin at half time - "is he hard.".
They post video's up on the net, which says it all you need to know. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdBmgmOkXe4 - Bury away - so much that they wanted to have a fight they went in the pub next to the bus station called the Knowsley. The lad I know comes on about twenty seconds in with a pint in hand and arms out raised - he was telling me he had to buy alot of them drinks as they couldnt get served. There top youth lad comes on at 35 seconds - He went my old school, a few years younger. He got battered on the estate I grew up on a couple of years ago and ended up running home crying his heart out. Came back later still crying with his big brother saying his brother had been getting bullied and he was going to sort it out.
LAUGHABLE.
I could go on and on about what he (lad I worked with) used to tell me and why town will be as safe as houses. Most of which is laughable. Dale fans see them as an embarrassment.
I'd be more worried about walking through Falinge to and from the game than worrying about whether Rochdale Yoof have grown a beard big enough to make them look 18.
what time you planing on geting their we could meet up if you lile there is 8 of us and 8 more meeting when we get there.
-
Forget about Litten tree and Yates. I have had some "Information from an unknown sourse" that if you want to stay in one piece then stay clear of those two. The word has got around rochdale that Oldham fans will be meeting in those two, so trouble is brewing.
Obviously if your just after a scrap then please ignore that last comment and feel free to go to those pubs for an enjoyable pint and pre match entertainment.
i have heard crap said like that before and that is where me and my freinds are going i wont let some stupid little boys stop me from having a drink where i want and it shouldnt stop you. Dont forget their will be arond 3000 Oldham fans going i think they will be keeping there heads down.
Thing that really wound me up today
