Since the lookers was demolished the RRE season ticket holders have regularly had to move to the chaddy for the "bigger" games. They already know what it's like and If they loved the experience that much they would have already converted. I for one am staying put on Saturday. Why have your view obscured by a pillar if you don't need to. The majority don't drink beer, they just want to have a decent view. The only problem at the moment is what's being served up on the pitch.

Are the best viewing seats going to be sold to season ticket holders?

 

just like Anfield there are some pretty dreadful obstructed views to be had. I would hope the ticket office would be instructed to offer the best seats to the season ticket holders first rather than just dish them out in order meaning that better seats may be being offered after they go on open sale.

With sub zero temperatures predicted until the 27th, have we invested in some thicker sheets for the pitch? What happens to the tv windfall if the game is called off? Is the rearranged fixture guaranteed to be shown on tv?

I thought today was the most positive we'd played for weeks and hope the performance merits a big pay day for the club. Hopefully a premiership club away or at home will be able to put enough coffers in the pocket to purchase those extra pots of paint needed to complete the Chaddy End roof.

As a season ticket holder you often worry about spending the £20 to watch a cup game against a team from the same league but after todays performance I think we can all agree that it was worth the money. Well done the team. Why can't we do that every week?

who was responsible for estimating the paint requirements for the repainting of the chaddy end roof. A month on from the publicity of spiderman working on the roof it is becoming an embarassment that nothing is progressing. Do we need to get a bucket collection started to complete the job?

To be honest it's crap isn't it. I used to browse the old site regularly but I dread going onto the new one it's so slow & having to scroll down to view anything is a pain. As a result I access the site far less than before. Not exactly what the advertisers would want. In a nutshell it's a turn off

you being serious? the chaddy has been the 'home end' since oldham ahtletic started. you seriously want to give away fans the chaddy end? which whn everyone is in, makes a lot more noise than the rochdale road end. ive sat in the chaddy ever since I started supporting latics, please tell me you were joking about this thread.

 

We had to move from the Lookers when we went 3 sided. You had the option of where to transfer to and having sat in all the other 3 sides there was no contest in moving to the RRE. Unobstructed superior view, better atmosphere etc. Every time we have to move to the Chaddy End the viewing experience is diminished. You can't live in the past for ever, otherwise we'd still be watching b&w tv etc etc. Times move on and it's worth putting it to the vote of all season ticket holders as to where they'd prefer to sit. We didn't want to move from the Lookers but had to. I'm sure that if the majority voted for home support to be in the RRE that the Chaddy Enders would respect the decision and all us loyal Latics fans would get together and back the lads on the pitch
