We were supposed to have 10,000 there today, the atmosphere was supposed to be akin to THAT match back in 1991, we were supposed win emphatically and all the other teams around us were supposed lose....well in my mind anyway.........

 

Thought the whole day went as wrong as it could've done.

 

Should have been more 'tics there to welcome Joe home.

 

The players let us and themselves down big time again (although if only Hughes had scored rather than hit the bar !)

 

Tranmere pretty much outplayed us from start to finish.

 

We lost.

 

Our season is now over.

 

Tranmere outsang us.

 

The pies ran out.

 

The atmosphere in the Chaddy was poor....actually, it was really starting to get going after the start of the second half...people were standing up from left to right clapping to the chant BFJ's Barmy Army/Joe Royle's Blue & White Army and people who normally look at you as if you've got two heads when you sing were actually joining in....for once it sounded like the Chaddy were getting up for it...and the lads on the pitch were actually starting to put a few passes together and then....bang...they score...disaster and it reverted back to what is has been so many times over the last few years...a morgue.

How Lee Hughes missed that i'll never know. What made me laugh was your fans giving us loads as they left the ground. Obviously trhey got it back mind

To be fair, you have got a decent away support, but your home support is fairly poor.

Must agree with you there although yours isn't that much better like. Problem with our place is the fact that half of the singers stand at the top and half of us our at the bottom or in the JK Stand. The middle of our kop end are absoultely dire. Tbh though I don't really care. We have the best home record in League One I believe. If our away from was good we'd be atleast 3rd and miles away from you lot :P

1000 away might be for you but nowhere near the 1500+ we brought to you...

Did you bring that many to us?? Not the most observant fella to be perfectly honest although couldn't really miss what happened today Did you see our flag before kick off?

Good support from Tranmere today...thought you were pretty vocal...1,000 was a little poor, but you made a decent amount of noise. Good luck for the rest of the season.
