  1. Yes I would, they are both good players but are currently incredibly out of touch.

I'd drop them and use the friendly games between tests to hopefully allow them to get some runs and get into some sort of nick, they are passengers at the moment.

Don't talk rubbish, they have had 4 bad knocks. That doesn't make them bad players, stick with them thhe last think you want as a cricketer is your coach and skipper losing faith with you.

I hate the fact that people who probably have never played the game come up with this :censored:e.

Call up a good friend of mine, vvs proctor a product of a once fine Oldham CC youth section.. which is now totally on it's arse. :disappointed:

  2. Chris Taylor needs to concentrate more on the game instead of moaning at the ref, adjusting his shorts and looking into the crowd to check his dad hasn't been chucked out

I'm sure i seen his dad, running down Snakes Pass.. carrying 17 crates of Skol in a Brian Kilcline wig shouting Donald wheres yer trousers..

  3. Parker was excellent last night. Put a couple of quality balls in and constantly made a run past Taylor but didn't receive the ball. His pace is vital to the team. Give him a run.

Where you at the same game as me last night???

His positional sence is awful, yeah he's got pace thats about it.. He can't tackle and looks completely out of his depth at rb.

He's had one good game against Charlton (AT RB) and Dickov still contiune's to play him out of position.

As Prozac said the lads a striker, he should be playing there.

I can't remember him putting in one decent cross last night, rarely got past the first defender.

Not slating him, but he's not a right back!

  4. It was a red card all night long mate, he blatantly stopped a goal scoring opportunity..... although Kuqi would have probably hit row z the way he is playing if he hadn't been brought down!

As for Taylor he is an absolute :censored:ing idiot at times!!!

Have you ever seen a ref change his mind...........? It would go along the lines of "oh yes perhaps you are right Chris, I never thought of it that way! I will show him a red instead"!!! Aint gonna happen!

Taylor's a :censored:ing bellend, he needs to sort his head out.

    Its happening all the time.

Mouthing off to refs, team-mates and anybody who will listen. He's are biggest threat going forward (on his day) and i like him, but this constant bigtime charlie attitude is a joke.

Be youself Chris and stop thinking your a premiership footballer

  5. well done to the 1200+ who made tonight as well

Yeah great effort to all who went tonight, although it looked like we filled the stand with only a few empty seats near i was stood to the left of the goal. Bent bastards.

We where poor tonight. Although i was pleasantly surprised by the amount of shots we had (22) (didn't feel like that to be honest)

I was quite concerned about the inability of our midfield and centre backs of stringing a few passes together and keeping it on the deck. Far too much long ball :censored:e tonight we missed Furman massively and please rest King Kuqi, I'm not going to slate the guy because he's done a fantastic job for us this season, but i think it's time for Dickov to give Smith a run (starting sat) this isn't purely based on the penalty miss ( which was :censored:ing awful) just on what he was offering us tonight. Parker's not a rb Lee not a lb, bring Black or Mellor back and switch Lee to his natural position.

I'm worried that we have :censored:ed this one up and Wembley seems that little bit further away now.

Please get it right for Exeter this Saturday.

    Keep The Faith :disappointed:

  6. I sincerely hope we sell out our allocation for this. I think it's much bigger than the Liverpool game which, realistically, we were very unlikely to win. This tie we can win and a trip to Wembley would provide a massive boost to the club and potentially enable PD to strengthen what is already a decent squad into play-off contenders for next season

    Your club needs you!!!

Totally agree with you, although i think a lot will be torn between Huddersfield aswell on Saturday.

We should sell out, and after spending an arm and a leg on Friday i hope to do both.

  7. Sorry didn't mean to turn this into a witch hunt, but your attitude reminded me so much of the 5 or so lads who stood in front of us for the whole of the game. You have just put yourself forward to be shot at but you've gotta admit that you have not covered yourself in glory. Its just that it's so frustrating having some lads in their mid twenties assuming that I'm only at Anfield for a one off occasion when many of us have been loyal regular supporter for the majority of our lifes.

Fair doo's mate ,i can understand where your coming from. Hope you had an enjoyable experience as i did.

Let me know next time your dressing up as an Animal, i'll probably join you in that one.

    Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. :-)

  8. Vile adjective

    Definition

unpleasant, immoral and unacceptable. Other words- Sleazy, unsightly, revolting, sickening.

I think you will find all those definitions apply to your language and behaviour on friday night, you can try and defend yourself all night but are only making a fool of yourself, your behaviour is undefendable and will certainly not be tolerated in my vicinity and just thank yourself lucky you werent sitting closer to me or else Id have given you a clip round them bloody big ears of yours!

Ive no doubt from the state of you and the lads you were with that you were obviously steaming drunk and high on god knows what seeing as your eyes were like saucepans and your jaws chattering ten to the dozen, but im guessing thats part of your "lads day out" these days...not like the good old days where we went to he football dressed as bizarre animals such as frogs, chickens and hens with the strongest drink we consumed bein saspirilla ale!

You and your sort make me sick and if that is how you want to behave, we dont want you at Boundary park anymore!

Leave the ears out of this, thats uncalled for. Well worded for you aswell that, your a wasted talent Simon x

  9. I am usually a silent observer on this forum and rarely contribute to discussions, but feel so incensed by the selfish and aggressive attitude of the boneheads referred to in the original post, that I feel compelled to throw in my two penith on this occasion. This attitude can be summed up in the post made by 'The gaffer'

Like other respectable supporters on here I have been a season ticket holder for over 35 years since my early teens and whilst I am possibly more reserved than I use to be, I have certainly never been ejected from any football ground or been involved in any kind of trouble. Remember the good old days, bouncing around on the timber planks at the top section of the Chaddy, getting lost in the fog over the tops on the way to Sheffield, and after we had descended realising that we weren't in the fog anymore but the windows had steamed up and, going to Notts County in our promotion season to the top flight dressed as a frog, accompanied by a chicken and a hen.Yeh I/ we have many memories. I love our club and would fight to protect its reputation. As is the case with the racist obscenities from the mindless idiot from Liverpool, what gives 'The gaffer' the right to say what they like to others or do what they want and then try and defend there actions by implying that they are doing this for the benefit of the club and that they are the real supporters. NO YOU ARE NO NOT. By coming on here and admitting that you are the thug who was evicted says all that we need to know about the person you really are.

Bit harsh, it's hardly the crime of the century.

Explain your comment, 'doing this for the benefit of the club.' Think you missing the point here.

I have every right to speak my mind, 5 of there lot had given it for the majority of the game with the Liverpudlian stewards turning a blind eye.

Don't turn this into a witch hunt when you clearly didn't see the matter or was anywhere near it.

I'm glad you had such a great time dressed up as a Frog.

  10. I take it you were the guy sat on the back row of 128? If so, Im surprised you didnt get thrown out sooner...your language throughout the game was nothing short of vile...and the fact you were deliberately targeting a teenage lad who obviously wasnt blessed with the best of looks and calling him ugly for the 85 mins was just another form of bullying! If I was the police Id have locked you up and thrown away the key you vile little bully!!!

    Quite a strong word 'vile'.

    1. The little scrote was at it all game and when he got a taste of his own medicene he didnt like it.

    2. He was hardly teenager, he was 20 at least.

    3. Yes my language might have been a lot to be desired for, but were at at football match not watching Cats at the Royal Albert hall.

    4. Im not little

    5. Obviously you have seen the whole matter through blinkers and i hope you enjoyed your first match since 1994.

I can't seem to grasp the comment 'your language throughout the game was nothing short of vile', it was only when i was taunted after the equaliser that i voiced my opinions back.

Each to there own i say, you obviously haven't been to many intense football matches where language and emotions tend to run quite high.

There wasn't any children present around me, if you don't like it don't listen to it.

I've heard ticket sales for Westside Story are booming at present, fancy a Prawn Sandwich.

    R.I.P The working class game.

  11. I told my lad in advance if he wanted to go, he would prob have to stand on his seat all game. He didnt really mind under the circumstances. There were some complete idiots there though, on both sides. There were uber scrotes AND uber once a year whingers.

Please don't use the word UBER, Just be yourself.

I unfoutunately got hauled out by some very over the top stewards. It was one rule for one and one for the Scousers.

Luckily it was in the 85th minute, as i got to the bottom of block 128 with 3 policeman in tow all i got was ':censored: of ya dirty manc :censored:' from another steward right in front of the police! I used some unsavoury language towards the Anfield Upper yes but only what i was getting myself!! I'm far from an Angel but the whole thing stunk completely.

  12. I agree, re-build on the Lookers site the new main stand incorporating all the offices/dressing rooms/exec boxs etc. The RRE and Chaddy will do for now. Build a new one tierd stand on Sheepfoot Lane. Stick the away fans in the Chaddy! If the new stand holds 6-7k we have a 16/17k Stadium with a bit of character and the facilities to make money all year round

    Good One

  13. Bloody hell, you've some bollocks questioning anyone's grammar, given your spelling of valid in your opening post.

Who are you his Mrs? ..... Oh :censored: he's divorced and a platinum star member on plenty of fish.

And if you knew me, then yes i did once have one very large testicle.

    It's ok now though.
