Am I alone in saying that there are far too many high balls and not enough ground passes? Not that long ago we seemed to have this down to a tee, but now we are nearing the end of the season all this seems to have been forgotten now that the points really matter. We cannot let up now, especially with the matches against the lower league Bradford and Cheltenham looming. Six easy points we should get!

I know! I did realise that but all too late
I am a spoon...
But hey - I can quite happily laugh at my own foolishness! And besides - soon they will be languishing in the league (or two!) below us and I will never have to remember their name again...

You are new to the game? What made you pick Latics as your team? There must have been a lot of pull towards City or United.
Ha ha! Actually my fiance is an Oldham fan, and Oldham vs Brentwood was the first ever football game I went to (he is on here too - Rickoldham27). If the scoreboard had been working, I am pretty sure he would have proposed to me that way!

This has made me chuckle! Most footballers I've seen in interviews are not the most accomplished of speakers, although Paul Warne seems a cheeky chappy so he's better than most.

Thanks all!
I am new to the beautiful game as well as to the forum, so please be patient - I am here to learn!!

It's easy to spot how frustrated everyone is, especially when there's far less wins than we all expected. But it's also nice to see some folk staying positive and keeping up the spirits of those who are faltering slighty here!! Keep it up - we can still do this and I am looking forward to seeing some good post-match celebrations coming our way over the next few games. We're heading up for sure!
