One of my favorite books as a teenager, shame about the ironic title tho.
Here you go Dave........https://www.amazon.com/United-Puffin-Books-Diane-Redmond/dp/0140347453

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH
Notts County stole our Shez, then he called the ref a tw*t,
Now he's back to save our season after Corney had a chat.
We stay up this season,
then future's looking bright,
And with Shez at the helm,
We'll be "f*cking dynamite"...

He's managing a Championship club, which makes him a Championship manager.
You're playing Football Manager, which makes you someone who plays a computer game.
So all are players are of league one standard because we are in league one? Rafa Benitez isn't a premier league class manager because he manages in the championship? Oh and I was born in Oldham but now live in London, that must make me a cockney. Get a grip!!!

He's a Championship manager, you could also say he left Barnsley in a fair position and had near on got them to Wembley in the Johnstone Paint before he left, meanwhile back in Oldham we've found our level again that he briefly took us out of.
He's not a championship manager!! he just manages in the championship, there is a difference. I play football manager it doesn't mean I am a football manager. however If he does well this season with Bristol City I'll retract my statement

Hi Lee...
Fair Play though... Hopefully he'll be the record-holder soon.
It'd be nice to see him managing in the same league as his dad is considering he thought he had far bigger ambitions than us
-
Lee Johnson doesn't own either of them records. Barnsley's record number of losses stands at 9 set in 1953 also their longest run without a win stands at 26 set in 1934. Bristol City's record number of defeats is also 9 set in 2005 and their biggest run without a win is 15 set in 1933
Lee Johnson's a d**k but unfortunately he doesn't have these negative records on his CV

Not even a proper fan. Even if you fall out with the club, you still support the team on the pitch, turn up and cheer them on.
Totally agree. He blames the board yet refuses to back the club himself by contributing to the gate receipts and then feels he can contribute by slating the owners. People like him are part of the problem, not the solution!!!

If you add up the initial fee, addons, friendly income and 10 percent of a future sale it probably equates to 100k

I wouldn't believe soccerbase, its still got William Gros, Sidney Schmeltz & David Dunn as our players. lol

There's a couple of Wetherspoon's on the sea front......https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/news/2015/06/new-pubs-the-velvet-coaster-blackpool https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/pubs/all-pubs/england/lancashire/the-layton-rakes-blackpool
Also there's one just around the corner from the ground https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/pubs/all-pubs/england/lancashire/the-auctioneer-blackpool
Its been a few years since I have worked in Blackpool but I would assume the Wetherspoons pubs are still pretty cheap

I would of said titus bramble or fitz hall but bramble hasn't played in 2 seasons and hall spent last season playing as striker at sunday league side percival in waltham abbey. I think tom thorpe would be a great addition if we can fend off the other interested parties

It's geared towards teenagers, but still a good read
