I fancy our chances looking at the fixtures.

tricky games look like doncaster, bristol r, leyton O and maybe brighton.

luton, bournemouth and port vale look doomed already.

  2. Striker Besian Idrizaj is on loan with League One side Oldham Athletic until May 2008.

The former Austrian young player of the year joined Liverpool from Linzer ASK in the summer of 2005 but has yet to make his senior competitive debut.

However, he did feature in a pre-season friendly against Wrexham in July 2007, netting an impressive 26-minute hat-trick. All three goals were set up by Jermaine Pennant.

On signing for the Reds, Idrizaj said: "If you get a chance to go to Liverpool, you have to take it. You cannot ignore a trial with the reigning Champions League winners. I would even have swum across the channel just to take part."

The youngster was previously loaned to Luton Town during the 2006-07 season and Crystal Palace for the first half of 2007-08.

  3. "Sheridan began his career with Leeds in 1982, playing 267 times and scoring 52 goals. He was a cult hero at Leeds with his free-kick and passing ability and was the bright shining light in a dark time for the Yorkshire club. After falling out with new manager Howard Wilkinson (who believed in fitness and the long ball game, as opposed to Sheridan who preferred a pint and splaying the ball around), he was sold to Nottingham Forest in 1989."

    From Wikipedia

he wouldnt say NO, if he was offered the job.
