im all for a better atmosphere but can someone answer me this -why do the latics fans in the rocky road end only make noise right after we concede?[

i've been followin latics now for 17 yrs n i remember when i 1st started goin this use to happen every time we conceded think its to give the players a lift n to spare them on to go get 1 back them selfs,im all for organised singin think it sounds a whole lot better if every 1 is on the same page but thats my opinion.

I've got it. Usually when someone asks for this other people do as well so I'll leave it a while and sort anyone else in at the same time. I've got Mouldy Old Dough and the, erm, great, Roger Raps too so if people post here or PM me I'll take care of it

My 1st game was in our last season of the prem if memory serves me right it was against QPR which we won 3-1,it was my cousin that took me to my 1st game,we use to stand in the Broadway cant remember what is was called back then at the bottom near the police box,i followed oldham for a couple of years before my 1st game but due to living in Germany (my dad was in the army) this made it just a little hard to get to BP n cause of living abroad no players or coaches ever visited our school.

Possible compromise reached with the missus. If I feel up to it the wife will drop me at the turnstile and pick me up straight after. Bit of fresh-air might do me good, have to promise not to get too excited though, see how I feel at 2.30...

nothing wrong with that as long as when we give em a arse whopping you dont get to excited lol,good on you,you can never keep a good man down.

glad to hear you home n on the road to recovery,like a few peeps on here i don't know you personally but seem to be a likable fellow n like alot ave said latics will be here in a couple of weeks n hopefully nearer a play off spot so just sit back n let the wife/other half look after you (make the most of it) n just rest n make full recovery n come back to bp fit n strong all the best n ktf.

its excellent its in my favorite's box n is the 1st thing i check every time the pc goes on,finds any thing latics from all over the place from the papers to sky sports the only place it dosent give is the rarely wrong chron for some reason

He's a left winger or attacking midfielder perhaps fuelling speculation Chris Taylor could be on the move.

to be honest n it pains me to say it but dont think leeds will see us a rival this season so i might just be possible to get him for a bit longer fingers crossed.

defo, but im sure leeds are havin him watched. if he carries on like this i don't think we will be keeping him.

they prob are but why would they want to change a team that is top of the league it wont do them any favours n if he cant get in the 1st team im sure he'd want to stay here playing 1st team football.

think i'll bring the missus n the kids on saturday,1 thing i have noticed is i live in rossendale n when in the car i listern to real radio,now n again they advertise citys next match surely this doesnt cost much so why dont the tta look in to radio advertising might just get a few bums on seats.

just to go back to the topic, i heard what was said last night n personaly he didnt say any thing new thought we would of got a little bit more news on how things are going.

Is it only me that thinks we should be keeping how well sheehan is playing a bit quiet!

think we should a least be looking to keep him for a further month if not till xmas with the way he has been playing.

And finally.... the huddle at the end (which I have never seen before ) said a lot about the team spirit and a loy about the skipper. (and the crowds reaction to it was very good also)

i cant think of a latics team that has huddled before (i might be wrong) but things like this show a togetherness in the team long may it continue

did think about going on my own which i could of afforded but the missus n the kids got wind n said if i was going they wanted to as well which i promptly told them i only had enough for me so they pulled there faces made me feel bad to the point were i said i was'nt goin (whispers bast!!ds)
