was never going to be running on full this season but hopefully will be fully fit for next season n think we will see a big difference in him.

to be fair i think if i was in shez's shoe's I'd be doing the same,yeah were only 3pts off the playoffs but with the inconsistency we have had whats the likely hood of us going up,people keep going on about how much money we have to spend,why use it now on loan players i would personally keep hold of it till the summer n c who's available n who we can afford just my opinion.i do hope we make the playoffs don't get me wrong I'd love to see us go up,i can just see were shez is coming from in what he said.

at the end of the day he had his chance to join us n turned it down for Leeds,so why do we want a player back that obviously doesn't want be here.

just watched lw n shez has said he doesn't think he will be bringing in new players this season now n we will basically have to do with the squad we have which got me thinking who will he be letting go n who will he be trying to bring in any opinions?

I just wanted to let you all know, i have emailed Alan to tell him i would like to carry on as Chaddy if the club want me to.

 

I have had time to reflect and discuss this with my family and good friends, and they have all pointed out that i would be gutted to leave at this point.

 

Having read all the great posts on this subject i feel like i would not only be letting myself down in a big way by leaving, i would be letting the kids down in an even bigger way, and at the end of the day, thats what i do the job for...........The look on kids faces is priceless, and only people who have had a go in the suit can understand that truly.

 

Thanks for all the support, i will see you all soon (If the club accept my request). Although i wont see you at Millwall game as im going away with my family to get my head sorted, but im driving back very early Monday so i can go to the Doncaster game.

the ifs n buts dont count what counts is the here n now,this is a league n we all know it,but show me 1 team apart from Swansea who have been consistent all season,we've not been brilliant this season in fact far from it but the fact is the season is not over we are only 3 pts off the playoffs thats not bad considering,if we are in the playoffs this season great but if not we have a good team (apart from the odd couple)that we can build a playoff/automatic pushing team,its not some thing that happens over night all u have to do is look at the most successful managers around n see how long they have been at that club it takes time n that is what we have to give shez n his team.KTF.

for me it has to be rochdale and burnley i know the latter of the 2 don't really count but where i live I'm surrounded by clarets n use to look forward to tics vs claret matches,plus i know the mascot of dale n hate it when we play them preseason n lose as i get in in the ear from Desmond the dragon
