The approach road to The Old Farmhouse pub/restaurant was dotted with several signs like this one.
You take that picture on the day? Never saw em, was too busy looking for somewhere and the road was full of cars, so presumed there were no restrictions.
-
It's a private company as apparently its a private road. Cheers for that Paddy, you've just reminded how I took on the system and won in the past, so I can again!
-
Anybody else been issued with a parking ticket for parking near the big pub at Scunthorpe? Didn't see any restriction signs and the road was full of parked cars.
-
Why the fook do Latics have to choose this year, the year I'm in Australia, to do anything decent! Currently pricing up flights!
-
Well I didn't see that. Thought they just did a good job and were pretty laid back.
-
Well we were definitely drunken! Yobs may be slightly harsh tho.
Atmosphere was brilliant yesterday and very good natured. Stewards were excellent, which is rare.

Haha. My mate cracked me in the bollocks which led to me pushing him, telling him he was a knob and he needed to buy a beer! If that was a fight who ever posted that have never seen a fight. All kissed and made up in less than a minute

oooo coolllio.....cheers I learn new things everyday
You could've at least liked mine seen as I gave you the tip!
-
Isn't that what the green + is?
-
Taggart threw at least two punches!
-
Brilliant! He get sent off or just walk down the tunnel voluntarily?
How the ref didn't book any players after that is beyond me. He obviously couldn't identify anyone but to not have clocked anyone involved was very poor
-
Yes, think we have missed him last couple of games. Taylor cant pllay centre mid with only Furman with him.
-
Less of the ganging up eh? Cringeable.
Is cringeable a word? I like it anyway
-
Who you aiming your verbal assault at?
I hope it was at OAFC0000.
If so, Prendy_1984 likes this

I was thinking compaired to Dagenham - 400 Latics with most of them singing rather than yesterday 1946 Latics with most of them not.
But was you singing yesterday?
I would agree the atmosphere at dagenham was better. Yet there was a bit of shoes off there aswell
-
who are you talking to lanky?
Considering I quoted yo then replied I would've thought it obvious I was talking to you
-
Whats up with a bit of Shoes off if you love Oldham? Bit different int it, not causing trouble n is a bit of fun. Cant win with the likes of you, you'll whinge about the atmosphere yet wont try to improve it. Did you watch the game or just watchother fans who probably enjoyed the game alot more than you did
-
I didn't say that spotty. I was on about singing Oooooh Roger Palmer to a random black bloke.
Haha what a tit. I didn't join in with that chant but the owd fella was made up!
-
you might consider it being boring and negative, I would consider it not acting like a dick!
Singing and creating an atmosphere is being a dick? I thought thats what football is about
-
Its alright whinging about what was being sung but if you don't like it, it is quite easy to start a different song. But instead you'll sit there quiet and then whinge about it on a message board. Well done!
-
Yes big attendances because they have no real local competition for supporters. That gives them financial security much greater than ours and attracts wealthy investors.
Who on earth would come and Invest in Latics witha real hope of making any money now?
-
I would agree with that I just think some people are bigging him up far too much
-
I'm not having that he's been that excellent! Two crosses he went for at Carlisle last week were shocking! If it'd been Brill everyone wouldve been slating him!
-
So Bradford, Leeds, Barnsley then us.
We have Rochdale, Manchester City, Bury, FC United and Manchester United in a closer distance to us than Bradford are to you.
Thanks for proving my point

There is a matchday club for 6-12 year olds that is only £5 including a match ticket. My little lad went for first time this week and loved it. Perhaps the club should be advertising this more.
