When I rang for my ticket yesterday she couldn't even guarantee me a RRE ticket then

Was a kids ST not £50 last year. It was £10 this year, so with a extra £20 for the biggest game of the season it's still £20 cheaper than last years ST?!

Scrap that I understand now... But..... Would they really check everyones details on their booklet?

What I mean is.. You've done it over phone which invalidates voucher b in your ST. What if your mate then took your ST for a ticket open at voucher b? Can anyone confirm whether they've checked anyone's details at the front this morning?

 

 

The Club's computer system has my name, address, ST client reference No. and my seat No.

 

If I now go to the Ticket Office with my ST voucher, the system will show that I've already had my entitlement, call me a cheating bastard and ban me for life!

I might be missing the point entirely, but if you still have to go down and produce your voucher, what's the point in ordering by phone and paying £1 postage?

That's my ticket bought, just phoned the ticket office "Please may I order my Liverpool ticket?" "Certainly sir, what are your details?"

Have considered it myself.. Me and the lil bro are ST holders, but older bro and dad ain't. If it was 2 tickets for ST we would of obviously sorted them out. So they've decided to watch it on tv rather than queing, the lil bro wants to watch it with his dad, so I'll be on my bill...

The title of that article says there'll be a voucher in the Brentford programme but it sounds, from reading the article itself, as if that's not the case at all.

Where does it mention a programme? It says match ticket or they'll give you a voucher if you pay at the turnstile?
