  1. it awful in there yesterday.

I moved away from there about 4 years ago because of all the bloody moaners. Now half the chaddy sit in the RRE which has killed tha chaddy and the RRE is half full or people who want to cheer the team on and half full of people who want to moan about standing and moan about players all game.

All game all i could hear was people moaning about standing and slagging our players off.

There are two sides to it. What the boring broadwayers were saying is ohh we payed to sit in here because that not here. Now we want to sit down and moan all game with a good view. Then there are everyone who wants to create a good atmosphere and cheers the team on.

Where every you sit in that stand its an excellent view.

So why not all the poeple who want to sit down in silence and moan about things and argue about being able to see the game.

The ones who want to stand and chant obviosuly want to be near the away fans where the atmosphere is.

Sorry for starting this up but i was so wound up yesterday and it spoilt the game before it had even started.

  2. im at uni with one of the preston Acadamy coaches who was playing for the rezzies last year.

He also rates trotters and said hes a great lad.

And again he mentiones Tayls said he is surprised because he was crap in the youths when he used to play against him.

He did go through half the team who he played against and said he didnt think any of them would make it apart from Eardley tho lol

  3. can anybody please tell me why anyone has to stand in the RRE, the view is good enough especially when we re attacking th rre you re up and down like a bloody yoo for no apparent reason absolutely stupid, me on my soapbox but dont understand it

Thanks for bringing this one up again lol.

I sit in the RRE and much prefer standing. The atmosphere is much better.

Some steward decided he would try and get us to sit down half way through the game. Everyone sat down after 10 minutes work from the stewards. The atmosphere died.

5 minutes later we were back up and stayed up for most the game. Much better atmosphere.

    Its all about choice.

There were nearly fights breaking out when the stewards were telling everyone to sit down. Its stupid. Party poopers.

    DESIGNATED STANDING AREASE ONLY!!!

Maybe the full T section of the RRE

  4. I sat in the Chaddy for 3 years and just moved to the RRE.

The chaddy was a great atmosphere but you knew the sound wast getting all the way accross the pitch. Today was the first time the chaddy looked as full as it was before this season and the first time i have seen them chanting like it used to.

I actually heard one or two of the chants too.

I hope the chaddy keep it up as it was a great atmosphere today.

RRE was buzzing today and we did completely outsing them for most of the game.

The drummer does great and generates a lot of the noise.

Chaddy was a great atmosphere when it had a decent crowd in but the Rocky projects more noise and, has a better view and the Atmosphere is great when your not being told to sit down.

  5. we were playing abit deep in midfield on friday and although it did look like we lost the game in centre mid and Allott and Whit closed down at half the speed County did.

However the midfield dont usually come under that much pressure to close down as our strikers usually hold the ball up better and defend from the front better.

  6. They do student discounts on match tickets, you just need to get a student membership card for 13quid and buy your match tickets in advance. Thats what i'm doing this year, as it works out cheaper buying individual discounted tickets than buying an adult RRE season ticket.

Oh yea cheers for that, if forgot. Just noticed at tranmere they had the young persons ticket for 22s and under and most places have student discounts.

Im a student but my dad pays for me so i got a season ticket in RRE as i live near Burnley and saves the hassle of buying a ticket each week.

If he didnt pay for me i wouldnt be able to afford to come very often.

  7. I think if you sit in the 'I' block you've got to expect to be stood up for parts of the game as it's mainly people who want to sing who are in there and therefore many are gonna want to stand. If you don't want to have to stand up go in the next block along.

    Spot on mate.

This should be made the official standing block. We need to accomidate for everyone and alot of people want to stand. Its a bloody pain being told to sit down by stewards and people behind.

There was an understanding in the chaddy that we just stood up in areas.

I do prefer to stand and think its makes a better atmosphere but im not about to start a fight with someone behind me who wants cant see, so its easier to sit down.

This doesnt help for the atmosphere as i sing about half as much when sat down.

  8. I thought Tranmere were pretty decent and can play football.

In the same fixture last year they had a spell of 20 mins where they passed it about and looked really good.

Its just that Moors pholosophy is that if its not near our goal they cant score so he likes his defence to hoof it.

Maybe he has learnt a little. When you get the ball down and play its more attractive and usually has more success.
