I had this discussion this morning at the gym speaking to carl Clare, it would be a sensible move if he invested it in a new stand.

Many may of heard of Oldham but they wouldn't make the trip over to Oldham for it.

I don't think it works like that somehow pal!

It is a good idea but it wouldn't be cost effective enough for Frankfurt to do so. They would have to pay for flights, hotels amongst other things. Would be excellent to get it done.

Yeah sure you did Tom. First of all I did sign for glossop. Second I said football for latics is expensive which it is! Like I said earlier it's financially cheaper for me to attend city than it is to attend latics. Ben is my cousin but what's that got to do with it? I went with mates plus I got to see new grounds I would probably never see with Oldham. It was never on the cards at all. A friend asked if I wanted to go I said yes then it spiralled from there. 

No none of that I stated the reason why I much prefer latics. It's stupid but hey it's my choice. 

It's logical Oldham would go bust if they kept inflating prices. It's the truth! 2,500 against Walsall was a prime example that many have just stopped. I have not seen attendances so low! That comment about this tickets was aimed at you as you said I wouldn't be able to get tickets to away games or anything which clearly I could.

It amazes me how odd some of our so called faithful fans can be.

 

One minute they are moaning that crowds are so low, and then we get a fan back who has tried something different

and they still moan and try and make the fan feel unwanted. Guess what the fans who no longer come aren’t all sat at home listening to latics player they may well be tasting what’s on offer elsewhere.

 

I say credit to Lee for being open and honest about how he gave something else a go but couldn’t match that feeling

you get at BP. The only thing Lee did differently to a lot of other people was be as honest as he was to admit to everyone he was off to watch some footy at COMS.

 

I live a few miles away from Fleetwood and guess what I quite fancy taking a trip to Highbury and who knows what that may lead to…. Does that make me a shocking fan????

Well, once there was this 'Oldham fan' who walked about 500yrds for charity and left all his friends to do the charity event on their own. He then offered folks out through the internets, had a hissy-fit and turned lazer blue to piss off some fans. Those fans couldn't give a monkeys forehead what he did with his life and ignored him. Feeling left out and at a low ebb, he decided to return to being an Oldham 'fan' because he's got no real friends left. The end.
