  1. I've come up from London today to watch that rubbish. Was staying until Saturday for

Millwall game. Won't be now as I'll now be joining the sensible bunch who are voting with

their feet. I will not return until Mr Penney is no more at our club. He must go tonight

and give someone time to turn it round. Two weeks from now after defeat at Stockport

will be three games too late. Worst team I've seen at BP in 30 years of loyal support.

    Sad Kev. :disappointed:

I too have watched Latics since 1980 through good times and bad, but this will be the last game I go and pay my hard earned money to go and watch that crap.

  2. A relative of mine drives a minibus and is bringing to todays game a party of people who have flown in from the middle east...........interesting......i know where they are staying but for obvious reasons i dont want disclose this information.

    The Arabs have landed................allegedlly.......

They land and come to Oldham everyday...........Normally going on to live in Westwood.......Werneth or Glodwick!!!!

  3. we do need a major clearout its obvious the team isnt good enough were in relegation form they dont deserve to be playing for the club some of them

I agree, I think Joe Royle will wield the axe come the end of the season (If he is still here), and get rid of the dead wood, too many players sitting back and taking their wages without putting a shift in. If they worked in the "real" world they would have been down the road a long time ago!

  4. It's gotta be Ricky for me.

Started going to BP in 1987 so struck lucky with the 'pinch me years'.

    Amongst many highlights: -

    Overhead kick at Newcastle

Throwing the ball against Mike Phelan's back during one of the FA Cup semis

Shoving Lee Dixon at BP and me thinking that he must have been really strong!

His mumbling 'A Question of Sport' appearance.

Haha!! I remember all of those, Rick Holden for me, effortless!!
