Shez will not be at BP next season.

TTA are sick of him already.

Once we slip into mid table obscurity he will be gone. Thats if he survives after Southend.

The positive is Maybe TTA only need to sell 1 player to make up the lost revenue.

Eardley is a little Gimp anyway.

Being realistic Shez just isn't good enough.

A new manager now could pull the squad around.

We have a good squad but an average manager.

It is not just because we lost tonight but when things start going wrong Shez seems to go blank and starts doing stupid things.

My views are realistic. I am not going to jump on any bandwagon for the sake of it but he couldn't get us into the next round of FA cup and that money is vital.

Andy Richie got Barnsley up. I think he could get the squad moving and he will motivate the crowd more.

Shez sent o'grady and davies out and left us thin for strikers.

We should definatly win tonight. BUT god help sheriden if we lose. Cheltenham are really poor.

So although being positive about tonight is good you have to aknowledge that sheriden must win this game because we need the extra revenue and the directors will put all blame regardless and rightly so at sheridens door.

If we lose because of lack of quality strike force then Sheridens managerial skills will come into question.

I will settle for a poor game and a 1-0 win for us because at this stage it has to be about getting through to make extra revenue.

Because MOM is given to whoever plays best relative to their ability........Greegs is always the best player on the pitch, except maybe when Hughesys bollocks are fully intact.
