Don't think anything took off. I am in Ayr and I think the guy trying to set it up was in Livingston

Awful news RIP Justin. Was going to comment on Leyton Orient and their Turmoils relating to us but it doesn't seem right. Thoughts go out to his family and friends

we would have to choose maybe 12 people that have contributed to the club over the years above and beyond the normal call of duty.
There seems to be a lack of understanding of the initital point. How has Cooksey contributed over and above the normal call of duty?
The likes Alan Hardy and Gordy are far more worthy of Latics legendary status in my opinion.
Managers and players would probably take a majority of the twelve but would you not include the lady who retired a couple of years ago having spent many years working for Latics.

Legend brick would probably not repay the debt the club owes the big man properly. Legend is to easily used to describe people but in Gordon's case, we can't under estimate the service he has provided for so long. You could easily argue that a bigger tribute should be paid, could anyone argue against the naming of a stand. Probably not.
RIP Latics legend.

So it was you that ate all the pies

As I am living in Ayrshire, I would be interested but could I suggest that every other meet be in Glasgow making it fair for all. Great pub suggestion in Edinburgh by the way

On ebay there is a signed Adam Lockwood shirt for £20, what realistically are these worth?
Is there a market for them or is it a case of collecting or just wearing?

Tommy Coyle stood his ground well and delivered a superb counter blow that would have knocked down most. The fight with Campbell looks a real prospect now and one to look forward to

When the RRE was finished am i right in thinkink the club asked if the "Chaddy Enders" wanted to move andput away fans in the Chaddy?
Someone will know where but wasn't the reaction from the fans that they didn't want to move because the wind and rain blows up the hill and soaks the front third of the RRE.
Back then the move was never likely but I understand times change. I see that the younger generation have been brought up in the RRE and don't remember the Chaddy rocking. Times change and it probably wouldn't be a disaster to change ends but really "is there a need"?????

Sorry to hear your bad news, thoughts with you

Remember that day at Wolves, went to the game as a 14 /15 year old on Barlow's coaches with a Wolves fan and went in their part of the South Bank, was too scared to jump up and cheer Latics goals

Not Notts County again

This J.W.Lees must be a good thing, they will always look after the clubs interests

Does he still have a players license?????????
For me though its a risk appointing an inexperienced manager I for one won't be protesting or doing anything other than backing the team and manager who ever it is. If its true that Corney is going then we move on and stick together supporting the 11 who wear the shirt.

Are we looking to sign him till the end of the season? Has he still got enough to do 90 minutes or are we looking at the subs bench?
-
Will you or anyone else on here lay me a bigger price than 6/1 then?!

Not a chance. Remember 12 months ago????? Ask them all to pay 96p towards "KICKING RACISM OUT OF FOOTBALL"
Give them nothing, their fans were out of order last year and we should not forget that. Give them nothing but a hostile reception for the way our own was treated last year. Put ourselves first for a change, no apology go stick your 96p
MATCH: Hendon (H) 13/01/24

My experience is that regular £5 or £10 cover bets have never been an issue. have also had £40 and £50 bets to cover when my bet is losing on a regular basis, never had a problem with bookies, is it possible that the trigger point is higher or maybe have I just been lucky
