He's still got that touch of class, but does lack a little in pace department. A very good defender at this level.

 

Don't care what he eats, if he plays as he generally does he can eat as many chips as he can splash his vinegar on.

I never had any complaints from his performance and did well for us although he got replaced by Kilgallon mid way through the season.

To be fair we did damn well even to get into the final seeing as we were held back at the start of the season. Ok maybe 15 points was deserved but its not nice punishing the fans. Donny were the better team on the day and I think they will do well in the CCC too but thats down to their manager who is a credit to them. Sooner or later he will go to a better championship team or even the premier league and Doncaster will be back down but in the meantime they deserve to go up, ive no quarms about that at all.

Still, must be nice, belonging to such a big club in your second season at the third level of English football. At least mighty Leeds got in the play-offs while (Greater) Manchester's other club was winning the Champions League. Still, there are big clubs and then there's Leeds, living the dream!

You beat us on the 1st January,which was the worst run all season. Poyet had left and Wise brought in Dave Bassett for that 6 week period. Every team that month had played better than us at that time and we were falling off the perch. It wasn't until McAllister came in 3 weeks later when the shape of the team picked up, even then he was playing with Dennis Wise's players until the end of the 07/08 season. Now we have a team that is 50% better than last season and probably 75% better than around the time you beat us. Time will only tell but I know where my money is going tomorrow.

We are a different team to last season. We have much stronger players, natural wingers, we play passing football unlike last season and although we came from behind at Scunny we absolutely controlled them in the second half. Maybe Chester were poor but look at the quality of the goals that went in.

You cant compare last seasons Leeds to this season.

Iam editing this post as requested by one of the mods to hold my head in shame. I thought we would win 4-0 but unfortunately due to bad defending we gave the points away to an averave Oldham team.

Oldham need as many points as they can get to try and scrape 6th spot and iam glad that Leeds United helped getting them 3 towards their 65-70 total for the season.

Im sure Leeds same 4 defenders who were the second strongest in the league last season get a telling off and iam also sure they wont play as bad like that again.
