Norwood dropped about six week too late.
Kitching in the skip where he belongs.
Sachdev must have a game for Sheff Utd U21's tonight.
According to Roy Kitching has done his ligaments
nice of the club/media to keep us informed

Sounds like the Foundation wasn't consulted.
Makes you wonder what is being discussed in the meetings with Royle...
Like me unless you join the foundation you won’t find out what they discuss

Did you miss last season? It had nothing to do with a free pint that is just as a result of a build up of getting along with their supporters and owner. So when I pick a long distance away I choose this one.
It is just a nice , friendly club to visit and I didn't have a free pint either. Can we not have some friends within the NL?
No I was there and I got a free pint.
Just don’t get this love affair with other teams and their fans.
Perhaps one of the reasons we are a pushover at times is we are to friendly with other clubs. What’s happened to rivalry ?

Must admit it's surprising that we take 800 to a leisure centre in Dorking yet only 400 to a proper old school ground like Aldershot, I know Marc White bought everyone a drink but the days out don't compare.
Must admit I don’t get the love affair with Dorking you can spend upwards of £60/£70 to attend a match down there and have a wet dream over a free pint.

Just got back on the M3 on our way back up North
Cant believe that’s the same team I watched on Saturday. Some of the football we played tonight was brilliant. The build up to the second goal was outstanding

It’s going to be strange seeing a coach full of our fans turning up sober

Thought yesterday was on par with Woking performance wise.
Was worried at halftime that not taking our chances could cost us but we carried on the good work in the second half.
Like a few have mentioned the ball from Sheron was class but it ended up even better with Garners effort to get on the end of it.
Found myself a lot calmer as the match went on that we wouldn’t self destruct.
Onto York now on Tuesday, will be a good atmosphere and hopefully another 3 points.

Wasn’t their end. Away fans always gone in that end

The subs have made us worse!
Green came on and his first 2 attempts at crosses hit their defender who was a couple of yards in front of him

I was told by a pretty high up club official that the game was postponed because one Boreham Wood player refused to play.
Now call me old fashioned but surely the decision is the referee's and possibly the referee's in consultation with the managers.
How can one player have an influence over that given the significant financial loss we will now have to absorb. I had a feeling one or two of their players wouldn't fancy that today, fucking tin pot fannies. I hope it's pissing down and raining in off Oldham Edge sideways for the rearranged fixture.
There’s a clip on twitter of Alex Reid feeling the pitch and saying if you fall on that you’re fooked. I know he’s out injured but he obviously wouldn’t have fancied it either

4 happy bunnies on our way home
A couple of dodgy moments in the first half but a thoroughly deserved win. Norwood played a blinder again and his partnership with Fondop starting to bare fruits.
Great support as usual and the players showed their appreciation at the end.Hopefully no detour on the way home like on the way down when the M1 was closed for hours due to a bad crash.

You'd think he was Franz Beckenbauer the number of times he had the ball. When I was playing the idea was to get it to the best players all the time not give it to your weakest.
Having said that he wasn't much worse than Alexander Arnold who surely can't keep his place in the squad as he's not a midfielder and England have more right backs than we've got centre halves.
His Ushited mate Rashford is another waste of space

l think he was trying to say Maguire thought about it but then didnt do it, making it an accident so no pen.
which left me rather confused.
why is Maguire even playing in that match? and his annoyin cryin face pisses me off now.
What got me about last night and Maguire is why are we passing the ball back to him to distribute all the match ?
All those skilful players and we are relying on him to spread the play

I’m not getting carried away yet but I’m a lot happier than I was a few weeks ago.
We are now actually passing to our own players rather than needlessly giving the ball away.
On Saturday at Woking we played some really good football with some good passing moves. As much as Dan Gardner played well I think we all know he will miss quite a few games so we do need someone else to take over his role.
Off to Barnet on Wednesday and a similar performance to Saturday will give a decent chance of getting a result.
Onwards and upwards

Another good listen, another grounded and educated fan guest, for all the shite that is spouted by some on social media I think we have a pretty reasonable and level headed fanbase.
I mainly listen to people that have actually been to the match they seem to have a much better view on the performances.

On the M40 heading home
I thought we played well today, plenty of passes finding our own players for a change.
Norwood played really well and took his goal well and would have had a couple more if it wasn’t for their goalies MOM performance.
Green helped us keep the pressure on when he came on.
Special mention to McGahey who I thought played a blinder as well.
All in all one of the best performances of this season for me- 3

Has anyone purchased tickets for this and struggling to find the tickets? I had to sign up to Newport ticketing, bought 2 tickets and selected print at home option. I’ve had email confirmation of purchasing the tickets but not received the actual tickets. Logged in to account on Newport site and similar story, it shows a purchase of them, but tickets nowhere to be seen.
Got mine okay just printed it out this morning

Apparently so. I was offered "a line" in the away end toilets by a nice gentleman (!) - he really was dead pleasant. I politely declined and he then went onto tell me how they'd "done Bolton" at a pre-arranged fight at or near Horwich Train Station from memory. Now, I don't condone violence but I must admit to having had an underlying feeling of "good, well done" - simply because Bolton's thugs were absolutely horrible bastards in the past. That might make me a bad person I know but I`m only being honest.
Remember the confrontation well. We went to Horwich for a couple of drinks and ended up in a working man’s club. We were in a room upstairs with a grandstand view of the fisticuffs outside.

This has a feel of they they don't really want us to attend. For all the good happening at the club it seems like the ticketing side of things is being run by a bunch of amateurs.
Couldn’t agree more
