I get that some people are still being slightly defensive of Al. And yes people have been getting a bit fed up with bunn, but to sack his assist the day before a game it makes no sense. Why not get the game out the way? If he wants to bullet them both or 1 of them do it Sunday . I’m sorry but I finding it very difficult to defend him, he’s a egomaniac! He is coming across like a mad man. You would think he would at least try and reign it in a little.

Because sacking Rhodes and making Bunn to walk is cheaper than sacking them both.

Was it any of these; all names circulating on social media?

    Giles Coke

    Jonathan Benteke

    Yohan Mollo - seems unlikely!?

    Karleigh Osborne

    Andy Taylor

    Ishmael Miller

    Franck Moussa

    Ben Pukiss

Benteke, Coke and Taylor definitely played, so that leaves 1 trialist who people can’t work out.

Trialists are Ishmail Miller, Giles Coke, Yohan Mollo and Kayleigh Osborne, Steven Bywater also in attendance as he is on trial with the club.

    According to my :sauce:

If you mean Karliegh Osborne, he's a central defender released by Grimsby at the end of last season. As for Bywater, I didn't know Burton had released him.

As for Mollo, 28 year old winger

    2013–2016 Saint-Étienne 59 (9)
    2015–2016  Krylia Sovetov (loan) 23 (0)

People on twitter seem to think it’s Frank Moussa

Behave. We're signing him as a manager not a player. He was an amazing player, he's an average manager.

Same with Sir Alex, people wouldn't get excited if we signed him as a player, as he was garbage, as a manager, he was amazing.

Even as a manager, it will put bums on seats. Plus all the extra media attention, potential increase in live games on Tv, and the respect he would get from the dressing room, they would run through brick walls for him just because of who he is.

If that's correct, he would most likely take a pay cut to get 1st team football here, in the knowledge that he would be allowed to leave for a bigger club and higher wages in the future. That sounds kike common sense to me. He knows he has a good defence in front of him here which helped him get al those clean sheets, which will enhance is future value.

He could do that at Blackburn or Sheff U (who also have been rumoured to sign him) without having to take the pay cut.
