He's player of the month apparantly

I would nominate Rob Lee and Albert Rusnak just for their arrogance. Can anyone think of other players who were similarly unprofessional?

PHIL "KISS THE BADGE" STARBUCK
Am I the only one who loves him so?

He was sold at a time when he was starting to look like he might be a little surplus to requirements regarding LJ's plans for the team. What Corney said only backs up my initial thoughts on the Baxter sale.

Anyone else think that the coverage was a little lacking last night? No build up, not even ten minutes worth and no manager interviews afterwards! (Unless I missed it in my post game rage...)
Grateful we were on, but would have liked a little more. Surely they'd have got a better audience than the :censored:ing speedway highlights or whatever pointless :censored: they were otherwise showing...
They don't usually with our games do they?

I thought he looked ok against Preston, his crossing was shocking though

the most shocking point to this, isn't the fact he's had a bet - it's the fact cultured defender extrodinaire Mark Arber is a coach of Arsenal 's kids....
If Wenger wants to sack him, 2 words: BRENTFORD AWAY.
Was the bet an arb? fnar fnar

Anyone else thinking that an away draw might be preferable at the moment?

Was it Shez who used to say an average of 2 points a game gets you promoted. By that reckoning 15/30 would do me.
Is this unclearly worded or are you suggesting that 15/30 is an average of 2 points a game?

I love JCH and his disappointment at not scoring two gaping chances was admirable clear as day, however this picture shows the attitude he had at the end. Having tried to walk off the pitch and up the tunnel, a member of the coaching staff grabbed him and made him come over and thank us for our support, yet not one clap from the big man. Some fans will turn on him very clearly if this becomes the norm, which would be a big shame.
The picture shows nothing but him celebrating with the players, What are you talking about?

No macdonald again?
More telling, no Byrne either

Baxter going is not the end of the world. I rather felt we looked to him a little too much and when the opposition were on their game he was squeezed out. He was an inconsistent focal point rather than a a vital cog in the wheel. He'll be missed when we look back at the goal highlights reel from this season, I don't think he'll be missed when we look at the table.
I'm just mainly glad that we have plenty of assets again (both current and potentially). Unlike an earlier poster, I think the key to progression in this division and beyond (for a club like ours) is always have teams knocking on your door offering to buy your players. Sometimes we will have to sell, but so long as we are as plugged into the football world as LJ seems to be, suitable replacments can be found.

Simpson, Belezika, Gossett and Cooper are out on loan I think.
I know. I didn't say otherwise.

Brown is injured, so my prediction is that Byrne will be right back. Obviously the sub keeper is different too. My only other question mark is whether Rodgers makes the bench.

Thought it time for an update, Damn that Johnson fellow and his spinning plates:

I'm 36 and my knees are already screwed after a few months of astroturf football a couple of years ago. I hope when i'm over 50 I can take part in things like this.
