"As already mentioned, Hahn is a long way from Frankfurt, so first you'll have to pay for the Ryanair bus to take you into Frankfurt For a one way journey 1. Buy a normal ticket to Kahl - the first stop in Bavaria. something like EUR 8,50. 2. Buy a Bavaria Ticket Single which covers the part from Kahl to Munich. EUR 22,00. repeat in reverse to get home " sounds ok?

As mentioned Hahn is about 60-70 miles from Frankfurt Try this link : http://www.hahn-airport.de/default.aspx?me...itors&cc=en I used to visit one of our sister companies (Dystar) on a regular basis and also the Textile exhibitions close to the City centre (Messe). TBH dont know much about the surrounding area.
johnny punkster
another option i've just seen... "Cheap way would be shuttle bus from Hahn to Aschaffenburg or Würzburg and Bavaria Ticket from there." i knew it wasn't really frankfurt as such, but 60-70 miles away...how the feck can they call it "frankfurt"? its like calling blackpool airport "manchester by the sea" airport! i'm gonna rest on all this now and digest it tomorrow.. cheers mate!
