tangerinedreams Posted May 4, 2010 Share Posted May 4, 2010 Correct me if I am wrong but aren't subject to banning orders for those who do and massive fines for the clubs already.....there just seems to be a resurface of events like this just recently, goign back to the West Ham v Millwall last season, didn't the said clubs say they would be issuing life time banning orders....
