Your both right if that's possible. J Clarke has had a mare of a season. Half injured, half bein shit. But he has been asked to play wing back which isn't his position. Then last week he played right back and was solid, didn't do anythin wrong. Season as a whole I'd say get rid. But when he's played RB he's done well. So maybe I'd give him a run in his actual position like sheron in midfield

Just read an article with dearnley and Halifax. He says he hasn't been injured once this season ..... but also goes on to say he's still not fully fit

Would have kewell back in a heartbeat. I noticed massively on Saturday that anytime hartlepool threw the ball in to the box from anywhere, they had 3,4 or 5 players in there. Whereas we had possession around the box and still sometimes had zero in the box! And the final minute lutwieler was going mental because he had the ball ready to go and everyone was walkin. Under kewell players like dkd did well because they where always in the box. Under curle dkd spends the game on the half way line or deeper and that's when he turns in to Garrity! Much rather kewell throwing players forward than curle playing deeper than iv seen us for years

Aren't sell-on clauses usually a percentage of any transfer profit?
Iv always been under the impression that's its 20% sell on, end off. Wether its more or less money we should still get 20%. I read that Peterborough where in for him again havin lost out to rangers last time

That would suffice, just be honest and upfront with fans that’s all we ask.
According to KE ‘at no stage did Conor make it clear that he wouldn’t sign a new contract’ it was just that he wanted to keep his options open.
They knew there was interest from Ipswich, Hearts & Tranmere who were the favourites but apparently only found out yesterday along with everyone else that he’d signed for Salford!!
What an absolute load of bollocks!!
couldn’t a piss in a up run Mo brewery!!
To be fair this explanation is very plausible. Wouldnt be the first or last time it happens. As of 1st July mcaleny had no obligation to inform the club he was signing elsewhere so it could of been the case of ill let u know Keith and then just went and signed elsewhere
And also if we thought he was looking elsewhere and put a statement out saying as much without him formally rejecting a contract then it would have been seen by him as they dont want me. And vise versa if we thought he was goin to sign without him saying im goin to sign and put a statement out saying that and then he went elsewhere we would have looked even more incompetent. So silence until the facts is best way imo

Missilou joins Newport County
Unbelievable how hes not back here. Knows the club, owners choice in signing when he first came, manager signed him for ntfc, and we are desperate for his exact type of play. How it didn't occur to anyone at the club to bring him back is baffling

Alfie would seem surplus to requirements at Leeds.
They want him for first team, but want him to build gradually. So league 1 next season. Championship after etc

Quite. As did Lemsagam/Corney/Placide/Moimbe/Doyle/Davies/Gardner/Byrne - the list goes on. But RW takes most of the blame for me...
I dont blame anyone but the players. We had a good enough squad individually to be top half that season. But they couldn't be arsed. No way we should have lost as many points as we did, whoever was in charge

We need to replace most of the loanees by:
Their permanent signing, only one I can see that happening with is Grant, Lawlor might be available too, but I don't know what his contract situation is.
Another signing- think it will be hard to replace McCalmont and Clarke with a permanent signing. The rest will be relatively easy.
Another loan - doubt we will be able to get McCalmont and Clarke back, but similar players will be available.
Playing 3-5-2, or more accurately 3-4-2-1, can mean you don't need a ball winning midfielder every game.
I wouldnt want clarke back. Commentry say he's highly rated. Imo hel be lucky to get a league2 side next season. That 3rd goal then he was almost backpeddling across instead of trying to push their striker outwards. He's not performed since January for me

Emerson has bagged a more than 1 goal a game ratio for a Premier league academy against some of the best young players in the country and hes only 16
