How fickle the fans of OAFC are becoming. According to some on here we are looking perilously close to the relegation battle. This is because the half empty glass fans think that we are only 7 points from the fourth from bottom place yet beaten once in the last 16(not relegation form). Take another look at the half full glass. We are 7 points off the 4th play off spot with 2 games in hand. A bit of positive thinking would not go amiss. We have a small YOUNG squad with senior players out injured etc and yet teams are finding it hard to beat us. Lets compliment those that are playing and stop getting on their backs. Remember you were young once and in the process off growing up and learning your trade did you not make mistakes as they do, when people got on your back did it not affect your confidence. Get behind them not against them. To those fans that say they have paid their money and have a right to criticise, I don't believe it is a god given right. If you go to a show and it is not up to your standards do you stand up and shout at the actors because you have paid your money and therefore have the right. No you wouldn't, you do it at football matches because at the time you are anonymous except to those around you. It is neither big or hard, it is the action of a coward. Your type are one of the reasons people do not go to games because you just sit and moan the whole game. If that's all you want to do then pay me your £20 and I'll listen to you for 90 minutes whingeing like a good un. Get behind them, we have an inexperienced manager and a young side, young players feed off praise, the more you criticise the more it affects them.
