To be fair his was the best penalty that was saved lol Every team I support lose but I am sure that was Dickov's fault. Like the commentator said he will soon be in oldham playing under a new manager.

ITV 4 channel 120.
Bet he showers alone confidence and all that lol

He's Having a good game by all accounts even though its 1-1 but every time he gets the ball theres boo's.
My point is the coverage hasnt said a thing and the only thing I can see is he's the only white player in the two teams and the boo's appear to be racist in nature.
Is there anyone else watching that can clarify this? I do feel for the guy if thats the case.

People dont forget Jose is a football man and playing games is the key thing for him.
He had a deal on the table at everton and turned that down. Crystal Palace didnt work out and we gave him what he needed.
Dont be suprised if he signs until the end of the season! Keep The Faith.

My mate text today and had a moan about the price for kids even though hes in his 20's and 6ft 7 you know who you are lol.
I would rather pay 46P a game in the league and the extra few quid for big cup games myself if I was taking kids but you cant please everybody!
I think the price is fair especially taking into account what kids have paid this year and all the factors we had to take into account with regards both clubs in agreement and comp tickets!
WELL PLAYED MR C!!

Its RESERVED ! I have my tickets happy days seat number and row on them.
Theres no cash on the day and an all ticket fixture and the club announced st holders can reserve their seat what did people expect?
Its going to be a sell out!! Stewards and queues at Boundary park!! mid day on a wednesday!!

The adapted record cover is brilliant, but don't you mean Edition rather than Addition? It would look great on a t-shirt, subject to getting round copyright problems.
I could try and be smart and say I meant addition as in addition to the squad or if he signs but really I have let myself and the club down it should really be edition I think
-
I wouldn't expect ST holders to be restricted to one ticket. I imagine they'll be allowed two.
Right am I the only one that thought if they get a childs season ticket for some random kid that cant be bothered going for a tenner I could then use the bring a friend for a fiver voucher for my mates and also obtain discounts in the club shop and use the vouchers for the greater manchester club thing AND THE VOUCHERS FOR PRIORITY CUP TICKETS !! It cost a tenner thats it.

Oh get a grip, obviously I'm being a little ott and you're rising to the bait but of-course there is a connection.
The underlying issue is that, in those dark days for English football, many fans behaved in a shocking manner (absolutely not just Liverpool fans) and the two tragic events were due in no small part to this behaviour. The 96 people who died in Sheffield and indeed the dozens of mostly Italian fans who died in Belgium were entirely innocent and it does their memory no good if we are not honest about ALL of the causes.
The original inquests into the Hillsborough tragedy were a disgrace but the new one must be honest in its findings rather than simply go to the other extreme.
Anyway, apologies if I have been out of order, lost my job yesterday so in a bad mood. Will refrain from posting for a while.
Wise Idea.

How about an Italian flag to commemorate the Juve fans they murdered
Oops sorry, we're not supposed to mention that are we?
Why even mention Heysel in this thread? Do you honestly believe that Hillsborough was justice for the Italians? I honestly can’t believe the diatribe that you have had the audacity to type and try and justify to add weight to your opinion grade A idiot.
-
I cant stop singing it I think it could work!!!! lol

I will always support the Hillsborough campaign for a simple reason that regardless of the club involved it’s a human tragedy bigger than football.
Don’t lose sight of that fact whether we want an intimidating atmosphere or not.
1 year later the FA cup semi-finalists were ourselves it could have been 96 of our family and friends or indeed us.
Create an Intimidating atmosphere but support whatever the club decide to do to pay tribute if they do its worth more than any game.
-
Wonder if the current Liverpool squad would donate 9.6% of their weekly wage to the families as a show of good will then we wouldn't be having this thread?
I voted yes because I woldn't mind and its 96P but charity does begin at home and shouldn't the players and liverpool board foot the bill.
That said I was always under the impression thats what the civil courts were for anyway and if you were to win you could justify claiming back legal expenses as part of any compensation awarded?
Top man Dickov

Paul Dickov Has handled the whole situation extremley well since his departure and is a true gent. I was one of those wanting him out I am not going to lie but I would have loved for him to turn things around. Seeing him smile and cheer us on today really made me wish he was still involved somehow. I wish him all the best in whatever he does next.
