I'll be there. Any food tonight?
maybe there will be a tuck shop i am sure they will find a spare room to open one
-
We were told that the room would be free from 2pm on match days and at Half time and with space minimal at BP it was the only option.
As for the other matter, it isnt just you guys that things have changed for. If you have any questions mate you have my number give me a bell.
i have some questions to ask but i dont think you will have the answers the people who these moves have have affected have not been told anything typical latics treat you like :censored:

Side Farm, Patterdale, in the Lakes. At the bottom of the Helvellyn...erm...range and on the lake. Decent facilities and a decent boozer not far away.
gillside camp site also in patterdale at the foot of helvellyn and if you are feeling adventurous you can walk via striding edge
brilliant

Well i`m sure someone can find the quote from Simon Corney saying they would never leave us in admin, has this changed and if so why ?
-

I know its not Roger or Earl....
Could it be Neil Redfern?......its starting to annoy me now
But the background looks like its the pool room of the rilfe range - door to the beer garden...hmmm...is it a sneaky man who got on???/
Yep its defo the rifle range as Marshy is holding up the yellow ball and I normally get my arse kicked by a 7year old on that table every sat before the game so I am use to looking at the piccies on the walls by then
Then again reading the article...could be Norman Kelly?...oooo the mystery deepends....

Cheers

Move is on hold at the moment as council land in Failsworth likely to have charitable status and in that case we won't be able to build on it.
Council and club are looking at solutions to this to apease the Charity Commission and local residents.
Nothing can really happen until this has been resolved.
No concrete plans yet, no planning permission.
Houses being built at back of Chaddy End and planning permission sought for key worker housing behind Lookers and RRE.
sounds just like oldham rugby to me we are being shafted

He has, but not that he is likely to enjoy "personal gain" (not that I would have any real grievances with that of course).
Garcon, Harry's Christian name has been bandied about on here a few times in the past.

How many are making the trip down?
I am on a 71 seater coach that is being put on by the Trifle Range. They have about 20 Germans coming over to watch the match.
there are 10 lads coming over from frankfurt 2 are going back on sunday the remaining 8 are going to the leeds game tuesday
-
Close the club down and sell the land to make a healthy profit.
thats the failsworth move in a nutshell
-
you can pay on thee day,but they advise to get a ticket
it says the uncovered section behind the goals on official site no mention of the side stand

Never really got this nonsense, Oldham is a town in Greater Manchester. As is Stretford, whilst it's fun to claim United aren't from Manchester, they are. As are Oldham Athletic. Very few people talk about Manchester as in the actual city of Manchester...'Manchester' is synonymous with Greater Manchester.
I'm not from the city of Manchester, I am from the Stockport metropolitan borough...but I think of myself as being from Manchester and am proud to call myself a Mancunian.
Get the chip off your shoulder, Oldham is in Manchester and you're a Mancunian. Live with it

I remember my first season 92/93 watching us win 4-1, 4-2, 5-3, 6-2, and still be near the bottom of the league. You couldn't argue about the entertainment back then could you..
dont think we will score that many goals all seson now
-
Don't remember the Latics fan on the pitch but two southampton fans ran across and one of them showed his arse. It was also quite balmy in Southampton, but snowing in Oldham when the train got back. Anyone admit to being locked out due to just one more pint in the pub?
i was one of the last in the ground went through the turnstile then to the loo when i came out the gates were closed

roll on marchSara - JanuaryAmber - February
Michelle Marsh - March
Any other suggestions?
-
there is a night with andy ritchie in the rifle range on saturday after the southampton game all welcome tickets are available from behind the bar
-
Acknowledged tensions are high with the loss, but saying TTA out is becoming ridiculous.
Hughes was always going to be scoring that many in League Two.
maybe we should have kept him for next season or when notts county take our place in this leauge we will resign him
-
Ultra's is a bit of a strong word when only 20 fans are making some noise at a regular game I guess but I don't think we're at such a level yet to go there.
This is somewhat more "ultra" style supporting...
we have got 20+ eintracht lads coming over for the colchester and leeds away in feb
-
You don't need to worry about becoming a Manc club, as it's not even on the agenda - the proposed site is in the Failsworth part of Oldham.
there is no oldham part of failsworth or failsworth part of oldham 'failsworth is manchester'
