Yeah that wound me up too when Davies let it run out for a throw. I could have managed to keep that from going out of play but he just wandered over and messed it up. Thank god a different Davies turned up second half, much, much better!

Made a cracking block in the first half as well when they got clear of our defence with only Crossley, I would have put money on Gillingham scoring but Crossley did fantastic.

We need to go on a great run now. 3 or 4 wins in a row, anything less would just add the pressure on the squad. Need to be patient because at the moment we can't go any higher but we can definately drop a few places if we lose.

It's an absolute joke, you can't just play an extra game and give preferential treatment to a top 5, it makes the league unfair. They play in overseas tournaments in pre-season what's wrong with them?!

If this comes into place then I hope we get to the Championship and no further, wouldn't want to be part of that farce. I wouldn't mind them playing games overseas but this isn't the way to do it.

Yeah I'd play Davies and Hughes together, don't think Alessandra is ready to play every week but he does need to be used more often. The goal will have helped Davies a lot, hopefully they'll start flying in again.

I agree with garcon here about Stam, he's been a major part in a defence that has been pretty much excellent this season. Lots of people talking as though he is a has been when he clearly isn't.

I'd probably like to see Gregan partnering with Hazell at the back but that isn't going to happen for a good few weeks yet and Stam is more than capable of doing a job.

As for Thompson ship him out as soon as possible!

There would have probably been more Oldham fans there than Swansea fans if the game had kicked off at 3. Nearly did after the road near the Liberty being shut for a while. Of course they gained an advantage kicking off an hour earlier, more fans bothered to turn up but the same fans would have attended if Wales weren't playing so no real advantage was gained. It was just a normal game played an hour earlier.

Think the highest away attendance I've been at was against Bury when Colusso equalised, we seemed to fill every stand! Lowest was definately Notts County in the Auto-Windscreens, was roughly 90 of us who bothered, Allan Smart's debut, looked pretty decent that game!

Yeah can bring in loan players for a maximum of 3 months and any players who were unattached before the transfer window shut, Ricketts, Hartson et al.

Stimson seems to be signing a Conference squad at the moment so wouldn't be surprised if Mulligan was going, it's a bit of a drive from Gillingham though!
