Well done on this - think it was Leyland Latic who asked whether we as fans could print poster / put poster up. This allows us to do just that. Just printed a few out and will be going up around work this lunch. Good work to all involved in this offer.

Morning guys,
We have an advert going in the Chron tonight and every night until the 15th, advertising the £2 admission for the Carlisle United game.
BUT you can also help promote this offer by printing off one of the posters available for download (below) and placing them around your place of work, school, local shops etc.
Obviously to stop the club getting in trouble, please ask the your boss/teacher/owner of the shop for permission before putting these posters up!
These posters contain adverts for each of the 8 companies that have made the £2 admission possible.

I'm sure if people put them up 'sensibly' - places of work, local shops etc (with permission obviously) we will be fine

booooo working 2-10 that week,bloody typical.....but big well done for getting this done,midweek game might bring a few out the woodwork....no doubt season ticket holders wont be happy.

Think its a great idea, all the money goes to the club whether it be my £13 per game (or what ever it is) or the £2 that rest will be paying!
be good to see BP 'full' again...

you cant stay in a non league style ground the fa wouldnt allow it....
if you look around oldham there is lots of land sat there doing nothing....some might have buildings on it at the moment but could be cleared....the other facilities just need incorporating into the design,thats just engineering.in this day and age you can put parking underground.....you can build upwards etc etc....off the top off my head..
greengate..massive space available..still local
salmon fields..3/4 empty....relocate existing buisnesses and flatten the land,build there not too far from bp
ferney fields....farmers on his arse.....still local
burnley lane the old japinda products mill is up for demoliton,add in the ground to the side of it which runs down to the back of the rifle range and thats just across from bp
alexandra reatil park....smaller scale but still doable...
it all depends if there is still a strong enough will to carry on,and see it through to the end.....we can spout and shout all we like,but at the end of the day it isnt our money thats being wasted.
have you mentioned this to AH?
may come to nothing but its worth putting ideas in his head!

In tonights Chron SC says he can't face coming to the town and won't be going to tomorrows game against Dagenham, I feel we need to show we want him there to shout out our appreciation of his efforts.
Add your agreement we want to see him at BP tomorrow on this thread.

Happy New Year everyone!
Let's make 2011 a special and memorable year for us all and most importantly Oldham Athletic FC.
Let's all try to get one mate/family member that doesn't usually come to Boundary Park down to at least one game this yearly, hopefully we can convert a few! It will help and make a difference.

Was also good to see the next home games being advertised in the club shop in spindles.
it's going to start happening more and more, hopefully with a bit of promotion in the right places and the team performing well we can get the gates up...
just imagine if everyone brought just 1 mate to a match...
...a mate that is one of these "United fans" you know the kind that sit in a big armchair and "support" United...
...and they started to come on a regular basis...

I see a lot of clubs are offering 'Half Season tickets' or '10 game tickets'. Anyone know if Latics will be doing this? Might also be worth offering a package for the Christmas/New Year games.
I know i would be interested. Sure others would be....
