Would have liked to see him play a bit more yesterday - didn't think Lewis had his best game, and Chris certainly livened it up for me.

I have E-mailed Alan Hardy, who is going to look into it. Reading everyone else's posts, I must admit there are one or two points that do not seem to add up, but I think we will all agree that our safety at grounds is the main concern now. Also, regardless of how the lad was taken away, how he is - he is still a latics fan all said and done, one of our own.

In answer to your question UpTheLatics: I found it out from one of the people sitting next to him, and it was only three rows in front of me. I want to know how those thugs got into the away end and why it took the stewards an age to get a medic to him. I intend to write to Leeds and copy the FA into it being as I was so close to something that has really upset me - I will let you know how I get on.

Was anyone sitting in the upper deck at Elland Road, where a latics fan went to the toilet mid first half and got turned over by 6 Leeds fans in the away toilet, returning to the stands, being sick everywhere and being taken off by paramedics, we then learnt he was in emergency surgery, heard how he is? Can't believe there is nothing on here about it, but it has really put the mockers on getting the win. I have been through every emotion from angry to crying at the game, and it has rocked me big time. Anyone know how he is - I cannot get it out of my mind.

I voted for it to be our "coming out" music, but didn't feel it rousing enough and wonder what everybody else thinks.

Suppose that was why they were kept behind was it - they are a disgrace to decent fans.

Loved the Guns of Navarone (if you listened for it) But it should NOT have been played for the Millwall goals - wherever have we had a goal celebration played at an away game.

Give Hazell the benefit of the doubt - he has done some excellent defending in the past, and had a mare of a game. Same with Crossley. Definitely start with Whittaker - a class performance.

Iain Dowie is rumoured in the Leicester Mercury. Fancy, an away game for me next season where I will be home for tea at 5.30 pm! Happy days!!!

Think the players have all packed their cases for their holidays and couldn't really be bothered to try today. I am not going to single anyone out for being poor, they were collectively poor, the only one I would give an ounce of credit to was Lewis when he came on. You had to give it to Northampton - they passed the ball better, created and took their chances and made us look like a sunday league team. Yet again, I wonder why I bother, but yes, I will be there next week.

A couple of questions to ponder over : why are all our corners short instead of in the box? Why hoof it up for Matty Wolfenden - he cannot win any headers like that? Why don't they wish to see the season out on a high?

Disappointed with their lack of motivation and creativity - just as well it is only 30 miles or so from home, but £19 I could have put to better uses. Learn to deserve to wear the shirt lads. WIsh they would let me in the dressing room at full time - I would have more to say than on here, cos I wouldn't be censored!

I will be at the last three games - can't make tomorrow unfortunately. I have got in a record number of games this season and want to finish in style!

Perhaps you should have titled your post "why SOME women" - I have doctors where I work coming in, asking me football questions, facts and trivia, AND I understand the offside rule.
