  1. I ordered 8 new season tickets yesterday using the online e ticketing web page.

I was not asked to provide the individual names of each season ticket holder to put on the booklets, I am presuming they will all be under my name which is not ideal.

Has anybody else had this issue?

Also bought online the morning of the Peterborough game. After paying the page stated I would get an email confirmation but I have not had anything yet. I printed off the page so hopefully that will confirm our seats but you never can tell with Latics!

  2. Looks like we'll be receiving a bit more compensation from Barnsley as apparently some of their fans ripped up seats in the away end.

    Yorkshire Neanderthals.

Good job we let them win then!

Walking past the back of the Rochdale Road End after the game I thought I had run into the cast of Clash of Clans.

They will rip LJ apart when it goes tits up or he :censored:s on them, and that's just the women.

  3. Porter scored a fair amount of goals for us, but somehow never managed to impress me as an overall footballer. I was always surprised he scores as many as he does.

If fans expect loyalty from players then I think they will find their expectations failed to be met most of the time.

I hope your still not impressed tomorrow.
  4. I also go watching Manchester Phoenix and they have about eight drummers.

It really gets the atmosphere going in the rink, and has people singing the same song/chant.

I know it is a smaller space but 1200 people in there make a better atmosphere than the 4000 or so at BP.

It may also be the mentality that the Phoenix supporters don't get on the players backs and try to lift their team, unlike the Main Stand moaners I sit with at Latics.

    Residents Appeall

Should planning permission be granted on December 11th, what right of appeal would the residents have. If they could string it out long enough, we could see TTA lose patience and throw in the towel anyway. Hope the NIMBY's haven't a leg to stand on.

This is likely to result in the residents asking the Local Government Ombudsman to investigate the matter, with possible delays to the detriment of TTA.

Think this amounts to the same thing, stalling tactics by the residents in the hope TTA get fed up and take their ball home. I am very worried that the residents have everything to gain if they can get it to drag on.
