    A brew with the Gaffer....

     

     

    A packet of Biscuits has also been thrown in !!

     

    We (Trust) understand that 3pm is during the day and many people work, On this particular day LJ is helping with the fans game so this is the only time he has free.

     

    LJ wants to meet with fans has regularly as he can, this wont be the only occassion this season to have a 'brew with the gaffer' so if you are working, sorry ! We will do the next one out of work time.

     

    Aww Rick, can't we have another one at Shaw Playhouse?

    That was the perfect venue with just the right amount of people :-)

    With me not caring anymore.

    Can somebody tell me how you would entice me back to Latics, i see you all writing chuff about absolutely anything that may have something to do with Latics.

     

    Royle Army i dont know who you are but i dont even bother reading half the stuff on, who cares about Lee Hughes?

     

    Now, come on good folk tell me why the hell should i pay £20 to watch 3rd Division football?

     

    And as a side note Razza, naked cheerleaders at half time wont work, im normally more interested in pies.

    Loved it tonight! I felt so positive I almost cried (yes, I am contrary). Was very pleased to have my picture taken with dickov. I suspect he only agreed to it because I make him look tall :wink:.

     

    He asked how I was. I said I felt very positive. He said he also felt very positive. He posed for pictures, and then he turned to me and said "it won't be through lack of trying". That'll do me.

     

    So I am left with positive feelings. And, to be frank, a bit of a crush on the Englishman, Irishman and Scotsman on the panel tonight!

     

    And who have you got to thank for persuading you to have a pic with him?? :wink:

    Told you you can't be shy when opportunities come up like this.

    Good pic too wasn't it?

     

    I think Matt almost cried with excitement when he had his pic taken with Dickov too, haha!

     

    They all left us feeling so high with optimism. So charismatic, charming and comical characters the both of them.

    And so honest.......well Gerry was a lot of the time!! :grin:

    They saved the best (fat Windass) question til last too, thanks to your Will for that!

     

    I really believe we'll do well this season.

    Roll on Tranmere.......we'll fill that end no problem!!

    No, I only do dinner parties as the Naked Butler :sick01::wink:

     

     

    It is something that kids have missed and I would expect a few of the adults to be looking forward too...

     

    If people want to have a look on the site and post what kind of sweets they would think of buying on match days, post on this thread and uncle Richard will see what he can do ! :grin:

    Can we have cola bottles and flying saucers please?

    It's a great idea.

    At least when we bring little Reece along to his first match something like that will stave off his boredom :grin:
