The guy genuinely loves the club, and is a top bloke. You only have to listen to his interview after the MK Dons game. He was genuinely gutted and sorry about the result. His downfall for me was that he admitted he doesn't even know his best team, whetehr certain players should or shouldn't be playing and at this critical part of the season and so far into the season as a manager you should know your best 11

when all the little Tranmere fans come on here giving it large, and more often than not we don't see them again for another 6 months after we give them a pasting, then 6months later they all reappear with that scouse confidence. Then we beat them again and they disappear for another 6 months, just to reappear with that scouse confidence until we give them another pasting

Its just a circle of life that has been ging on now for the last 9 seasons, you would have thought they might have learned by now to keep there mouths shut till AFTER the game

If the players were consitant they wouldn't be in this league - its as simple as that. Thats why we got hammered at Hereford, then put in a great performance yesterday against a good leicester sid with 2 very handy strikers

and there lies the problem with poor reffing decisions....the first one was clearly outside the box and momentum took him inside....if it wasnt a penalty or a free kick then it must have been a dive,in which case why wasnt he booked for it then???

 

instead he goes down again,second half and it was proved he didnt dive as contact was made and he gets a booking...inconsistant refs,then howrds dive and nothing,thats why greegs went over and said something to that effect i imagine.

 

they got all the decisions and we didnt,simple as that.

 

i know you cant get a yellow card recinded,but maybe worth a shout reporting the ref and linesman,if other clubs followed suit im sure it wouldnt take long to get them to get there acts together.

Agree but I think what Maccas trying to say is that Taylor does make a big deal of the challengs on him. No one can convince me otherwise that it is just momemtum that makes hm fly through the air when hes touched.

If he didnt make so much of the challenges on him I thinK A lot more desicions would go his way
