there have been a few last minute equalisers and winners but one that always seems to stick out for me is matty o'hallorans in the game against rushden and diamonds in 2003 i think.

ive been trying to stay optimistic each week. but every week there are the posts which say "its only the start of the season" "the team needs time to gel" "showing glimpses" "cant expect miracles after a few games" and i was one of the people who agreed with these posts at the start...clung onto them for hope a bit in the middle...but surely by now we should be showing something/anything other than what we are at the moment

Do we have anything like this at the moment? I know theres not that much to BP but I think when the time is right this could be a money spinner before BP is no more. Also different bits of memrobilia - buy some of the hallowed turf etc.

The statement says Leisure complex... with the council involvemt i'd imagine Gym, sports pitches, conference facilities etc. Not sure the more commercial stuff originally planned for BP would be there though.. ie a Hotel. Both as its a council sponsored project, and who the frig want want to spend a night in failsworth

Just off Oldham Road a five-ten minute drive into the city centre? A load more than would want to stay near BP

there is absolutely no chance i can afford a season ticket. but this would be perfect for me. i would 100% buy the ten game ticket if it was on offer. i would also have no problems with the club perhaps excluding the games against the likes of leeds from this. i would still be extremely interested.

perfect trade up from allott. about time we had a bit of grit in midfield. my confidence in penney is growing as he seems to be tackling our key areas one at a time.
