Simon Corney was just on Talk Sport and Danny Kelly was talking about how new grounds should keep something of the old and SC responded "I can't say too much at this stage but we've already got something in mind" (or similar)

 

What would you want to keep?

maybe they've decided to only build three stands and the put up a scaffoling tv gantry so we can remember boundary park that way.

but on a more serious note, i think they should think about tiers and the dugouts because boundary park is the only ground with a dougout where you hsve to go down steps!

Not seen any mention of whether or not they are part of the new stadium plans? Anybody heard anything?

dont they have another shared ground that they could fall back on? my mate is a roughyed fan and he isnt worried but i think if we have a new stadium, we can start freshly and find other ways to get some money without messing up the pitch.

i hope the club consult the fans as to what they want as some ideas could result in a good stadium to take us places

good move for him. if he gets some first team football then his confidence will grow and we he may come back to haunt us one day.

It has been mentioned the new stadium could be similar to Colchester or Shrewsbury's, here are some pics of them.

Whats your views on how a 12,000 capacity stadium should look, with any examples of other grounds if you can find them ?

although these stadiums look neat and tidy, they look like they have little atmosphere and in the unlikely event that they would consult fans over what they'd want, i would probably ask for at least one stand with a tier and some qualities of boundary park remembered like the dugouts for example.

if holdsworth has signed does this definately mean that eardley is going? we now have holdsworth and lomax at right back and if the rumours are to be believed then we'll be 175k up for a player that is worth at the very least of 500k. our team is now shaping up nicely and if parker actually signs we will have a half decent team that i think will be good enough for the playoffs.

i hope eardley stays and blackpool is hardly a good championship side. i think at least 500k + clauses and more realistically 750k +clauses would be acceptable but 175k?!
