  1. TALK:censored:E radio was proposing that prem clubs drop ticket prices completly this morning to give back to the fans as clubs will no longer need attendance money to cope.

it wont happen because they are all to greedy but can you magine if that happened? Final nail in the coffin for lower league clubs.

the 'experts' really do not care about anything other than the premier league and most of these spent their careers at clubs now mainstays in the football league - CLUELESS!!!!

theyll keep the prices at just about the right level to keep the lower classes out of their gleaming football palaces

  2. TRANSFER LATEST:-

Latics have launched an audacious bid to sign Fred West before transfer deadline day with a view to field him up front. Oldham chairman Simon Simple told Pine Villains yesterday "Fred is aggressive and has a track record of burying his chances. One has to look at what we could have had here, with Ched Evan's natural ability to penetrate....it could've been our ticket to the Championship".

Despite an online petition calling for Latics not to sign the dead murdering bastard, local fans have welcomed the possibility, Ogre Fanglewood, former Pointy Head of The Trust and their tens of members said of the move "He served his time by hanging himself. I just want my local team to win more games."

Reports of Stuart Hall being connected with the club in a move to become the new matchday announcer could not be confirmed by the club.

    PV.

  3. If there is no evidence of threats to fans, sponsors, staff or board members or no evidence of complaints to the GMP from any of these four stakeholders then questions need to be asked to whoever stated this from the club

maybe it wasnt the board perhaps it was the papers......and you can almost see how the 5 year old comment might hav ebeen twisted to suit the agenda.i wonder if the comment was "what if it was your daughter that was raped?" you dont have to mention the age if the person who its being directed at knows their own daughter.....and hey presto.you've got 1 heated comment from a protester mentioning the rape of anothers 5 year old that can be used to present an angle......sky news:-if it isnt happening make it up

  4. This country is a mess.

Jamie Bulgers killers... millions spent on giving them new lives, new jobs and protecting them - no doubt just one example of hundreds. The liberal elite protecting them. That same liberal elite want Ched Evans to rot for some reason and make an example of him. People seem to want to have it both ways.

I have a feeling that this story isn't over by a very long way. But our involvement is.

This is a relief for many including me... but the nature of it sickens me.

Policy, rules and actions based on mob mentality is a very slippery slope.

liberal elite....dont make we laff. there is a difference betw cross burning and a modern day form of dispute resolution

  5. ukip appeals to the disenfranchised, to the poorly educated, to people who see upheaval and insecurity around them (immigrant families moving into the area, competition for unskilled or semi-skilled jobs) and conclude that UKIP can reverse the irreversible.

im sick to the back teeth of people saying that ukip are the friend of the working class....its just nonsense fed to morons and they all lap it up

  6. Nobodies arsed but there's 4 threads been opened in the last 2 days?

don't spin it, what have those 4 threads told you? what about just 3 that actually turned up for a recent meeting. id say that those were ideal measurements of either bad publicity, planning or just simply a lack of enthusiasm for the whole caboodle.

  7. Just to pick up on that last point, we openly invite everyone to all our meetings and publicise them through various channels. The AGM was the biggest turn out with around 12 fans turning up. Last month we had 3 fans turn up who contributed quite alot in fairness. Their comments mirrored ours as a trust (or certainly mine personally) they had seen all the complaining through various forms of social media, including owtb, and were amazed at how few turned up. Meetings are ipen for everyone and it is my intention to have as many people as possible at them. We now have club representation at some of them aswell so even more reasons to come down. Last month we discussed home shirts, ticket prices, new stand corporate facilities, car parking amongst other things.

cos nobody really is arsed.....the only time youll be needed is if there is a threat of admin....things look rosy compared to 10 yesrs ago...and come on,if we did go bust what could you do apart from being part of a larger committee to oversee the sale of the club....no offence but the trust arent needed right now

  8. First the Athletico's, now sneery United style banners - does our Tuftyfication know no end?
