On an aside to this can you buy tickets from somewhere else, for example does the MEN have a box office?
MEN website just links out to ticketmaster unfortunately
-
A question for anyone who went last year, can you pay on the door on the night?
And if yes, how much would it most likely be? £10?
I really hate the ticketmaster 'add-on' fees.
I know it's cheap though and am really looking forward to it now but not sure whether to buy tickets before-hand or not.

a couple of other apps i like are -
NetNewsWire - RSS feeds (free)
Sky News - Video news (free)
Truphone - For cheap calls from abroad over wifi (free)
& Monopoly!! - Classic (£2.99 IIRC)
Add a button on your homepage also for bbc iplayer which is awesome over a wifi connection

Dont want to urinate on this bonfire.... but its awful, the only app I have ever taken off my iphone in disgust. Poor interface and lack of information. Got annoyed with it, especially when you have, like, the whole internet, like... and BBC sport is much less frustrating.
Each to their own mate but in it's defence, I'd say it's the first place to go for live match summary/half time results.
When you're not in 3g area, because it's text only it's a lot quicker loading.

Not sure if this is the right section or not but...
for those of you with the ifooty app on your iphone, well there's a new update out today with new feature -
chatrooms for every single club, which could be interesting over the course of the season
(No logging in, open to all)
Also, blue square leage added. Decent app, and free too!

Been to wastelands today to watch citeh and they were pretty good, have to say, although Pompey were awful.
I feel very dirty and need a good wash.
Some of the comments from the numptys I was sat near made me laugh, and you think our fans are bad?

She told me she clocked him from the word go. We could do with fewer negative nay-sayers at our, thank you Mr Matt
Sorry Mr LeesLover, I just wasn't sure if Ms Luvly was au fait with loony left 80's miltant scouse politics and the Trotskyite protagonists involved.
She's not the sharpest tool in the box you know.
It could well have been Stan Boardman with Mr Barrett, we need ultimate clarification here.

Nothing groundbreaking really
...........but as I was getting my Hartlepool tickets I saw Earl going into the main entrance along with Derek Hatton and (I presume) his wife.
Mr.Hatton was saying something like ''as you're very well known and highly regarded here'', or words to that effect.
Hmmmmmm......anyone shed any light on this???
Do you even know what Derek Hatton looks like?
Are you sure, I mean, really sure??

...with keith gumbs?

Always been really friendly whenever I've been to PP - fair play to them...
It must be that famous scouse humour

I would seriously think about installing a Windows OS. I know it sounds like a faff, but just to get Latics World is worth it. Bootcamp is built into the latest Mac OSX I believe so all you need is a windows installer. I know there is a slight Windows contamination involved but our Macs can handle it, just wash your hands afterwards
Have got xp installed under fusion, even this didn't work for me using ie as the browser. Maybe I'll give it another go, but it was very infuriating

same here, checked it out a while back with no joy here either I'm afraid...

fire alarms anyone?

"1000 sold" was the quote at lunchtime today when I got mine

Duds still lives around the corner from me, although his house has been up for sale for a long, long time.
Nice fella.

Hope everything goes well for the lads.
Hope to see you all back at bp very soon.

A cruel, cruel injustice. So very heartbreaking.
Thoughts to Louise, family and friends.
Not many players over the years made me smile as much as Ernie.
Like a kid in a sweet shop, his energy, enthusiasm and endevour will last with us forever.
May you rest in peace Ernie.
