I hope the fans will be willing to lay off the players this season, Rocastle was driven out at the start of last season, but proved he was an able player with his Swansea performance alone. He was a man possessed. Lets just be a little more patient this season!

That is a ridiculous thing to say (especially the thing in common reference!) Biggest legend at BP was Roger Palmer.

Betsy Forbes were lazy and bobbins. Rocastle was ok at best. I agree the boo-boys can be asses but they had relevant reason with these clowns.

Nearly 3 times older than 13, sing lots of songs, oldies and newies (although noone but me mates joins in), good laugh, great atmosphere (until we start doing well??????) and a jolly place to be. I miss it! Don't diss the Chaddy!

The guy was absolutely amazing. His crosses were like fine art, precision, perfect angles and always the right result. He really was a legend and an absolute nutter which is always a plus. Masters football is crucial to my survival over the end-of-season torture!

I was listening to talksport last night and some opinions are baffling. One guy said he shouldn't be allowed to play ever again and should change his career. But nobody else would be expected to change their career. Lee Hughes has to be treated like everyone else would be and that means when he is released he is allowed to continue his career. I am quite shocked by all the coverage it recieved yesterday and can't remember such fuss about the likes of Bowyer, Woodgate and Tony Adams.

 

My personal view is that he should be in prison for a lot longer but that is our governments fault, I think it is a worthwhile risk and if we don't sign him some other club will. I believe it was a good move by the club to look into this before other clubs did.
